AT&T Store

I went to the Bath AT&T store and was greeted and treated very nicely. My new cell phone had frozen and the woman at the counter turned my old cell phone on again so I could use it till my new one shut off on its own. I need to go back to have her reverse the phones again. Great service!

Very friendly and informative agents. Incredibly pleased to be working with the AT&T agent Ed. He simplified and was extremely fast with his transferring two lines as well as answering any questions we had.

Every time we come into the AT&T store in Bath, Kim is so accommodating and helpful that we leave satisfied customers. Kim is an excellent employee!! Thank you.

Loved how everyone was very helpful and not pushy! Dakota was our helper most the time and he did an amazing job! We highly recommend asking for his help when needed! Overall 5 star experience because of a star employee! Kim made switching 2 phones from straight talk to att and getting a third phone ready for a Christmas present as easy as could possibly be. I called and gave her an idea of what I wanted and she called me back (ninja fast) surpassing my expectations. I can say for sure I will be back to att in the future and will be asking for Kim.! This is the first AT&T store I started out with, Bath NY. Kim and her staff are Professionals and knowledgeable and helpful. Most of all their dedication to the customers are outstanding. keep up the excellent work.

Worked very hard to solve my difficult issues. It took over an hour to get Phone Customer Service to do what needed to be done to correct a mistake and straighten out a mess. The staff at the Bath store were patient and friendly with all the customers. Thanks for the help.

Terry gave phenomenal customer service! I walked in the store full of dread, thinking that switching phones would be an utter headache, but he set me up with exactly what I needed and sent me on my way! Thank you Terry!

Awesome customer service. Very patient and caring. Derrick was the young gentleman that went above and beyond to assist me when I had to get a replacement phone when mine "drowned". I lost everything, but now I know about the "cloud."

What wonderful employees!! Hunter was dispatched to my parents house for some work on their Direct TV. He was kind, compassionate and caring when helping my elderly parents. We had to make a trip into the store and dealt with Nic. This guy is on his game! So wonderful and kind to my mother and so very helpful. He even tried to get me to switch my phone to ATT! I'm not ready to make that move but when I am I will certainly keep Nic in mind!!! People like these folks are few and far between!!!

I've just recently switched carriers which led me to this location and I was very impressed with the knowledge my sales associate, Stacie, possessed. She clearly explained the plan I was getting and discussed the differences in the new phones being offered ( I chose the HTC One and couldn't be happier!). Thanks Stacie! I'm now an AT&T customer for life!

The customer service was the best I’ve ever experienced in a cell phone store. They went above and beyond to sort out an issue my uncle was having with his phone. It was one thing after another that kept coming up but they patiently kept trouble shooting until it was fixed.

Incredible customer service!! Jake, Matt, and Kim helped me in changing over from Verizon in a very painless transition. Five stars. Great people!!

AT&T itself has been great to me for the past few years I have had it. I love this location. Good hours, super friendly staff and they always get my new phones activated and up and running super quick.

Highly recommend this AT&T store. Being an elderly women, they went over and over my new phone(BOGO) until I "got It" with all the discounts, etc. Patience is excellent as I had many questions which were thoroughly
explained. THANK YOU AT&T!!
