Went to a competitor down the street for wipers. They were rude and lazy. At AutoZone I was greeted by multiple folks and two (guy and girl) employees helped me right away. They answered questions and were patient while I signed up for the rewards program. Looks like I found my local auto parts store!

JOE AUTOZONE!!! SO WORTH THE READ!!! WHAT AN AMAZING, KINDHEARTED INDIVIDUAL. ANGELS EXIST!!! Just visited autozone in the sake house plaza in Milford NH. I had a hell of a morning trying to find a battery for my car. I called the store and was so kindly greeted by Joe. He was super helpful answering my questions and helping me find the right battery that better suited my needs. When I arrived at the store Joe, again, greeted me with a smile and even remembered who I was. I don’t even think I had to repeat the make or model of my car, he went right out back and brought out the battery. I’m a girl and I know absolutely nothing about cars so I had taken pictures of the terminals and the battery holder incase something was wrong or broken I wouldn’t have to make my ride drive back and forth as the car was at a different location. He looked at the photos and explained his concerns and gave me the part I would need and also a little brush thing to help clean off the corrosion. He also took the time to explain to me how to do it as I would be the one installing it at said location. When I got back to my car, I realized the piece was too big to fit on but I SOMEHOW made it work. I knew it was a super temporary fix, if at all. By the grace of god I made it back to auto zone in my Jimmy-rigged car. I explained to Joe the issue with the part and he apologized and quickly helped me with an alternative. (In no way could he have known the size of the terminal connector thingy so this was not his fault which I completely understood.) Joe came outside in the freezing cold weather and proceeded to completely install my battery with the correct fittings and froze his fingers off making sure it was in safe and correctly. It gave him a hell of a time but he was patient and we laughed along the way. When finished he noticed my hood wasn’t latching properly and tried to fix that as well! Joe would not accept any type of tip or payment for his time. He insisted everything was fine and I was all set and sent me on my way with a giant smile on his face. I never carry cash or I would have thrown it at him. Joe, if you’re reading this just know I am so thankful for you. Today was one of the most stressful days I’ve had in a while and you truly were a super hero. I enjoyed our banter and our laughs as the wind and freezing cold weather mocked us while I watched you do what I thought was impossible. You are truly a gift to Milford. THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES OVER. You made my day. :)

I went to autozone to purchase a windshield wiper and get a code reading. I was promptly helped by a friendly, knowledgeable customer service representative. 24hours later I realized that i must have forgotten my wallet. I called and sure enough, the same person who helped me the day before had put it away for safekeeping. It's so refreshing to see honest and kind people in the automotive service industry.

James and will were amazing! Helped me find the right windshield wipers and then came to help install them when I was having trouble! Highly recommend this place

Called to see if they had a brake light bulb for my car. Only took them a few seconds to find they had it in stock. Drove there and was helped right away. Nice looking store. This will be my parts store from now on.

Went into the store today to get some pricing and questions answered and James was very helpfull and polite and was knowledgeable and told me exactly what I needed thanks for the excellent customer service I definitely will be a returning customer

I only shop here because of a man named James Roberts whenever he is on shift i know I will get the help I need haven't been let down once with the service getting the right parts fast from respectful staff

I went in for basic things and had an amazing experience with Lexi. She was honest and explained she was new but she was fantastic. I was in and out quickly with exactly what I needed. Ask for Lexi and you’ll leave happy! 🤘🏼

I went in to get my key battery replaced, not only was everyone working super helpful, but Peter went above and beyond to get it fixed for me super quickly and with a great attitude! Made my day :) thank you auto zone!!

A young woman named Ashley waited on us at Autozone in Milford when we needed a new car battery. She was both friendly and knowledgeable. Ashley then installed the battery for us while standing out in the cold/snow/rain in the very late afternoon to do it. A hearty thank-you to Ashley. Autozone in Milford is fortunate to have her as an employee!

Called looking for a battery and gave the employee the necessary info and was cheerfully assisted. I was pleased with the price compared to Walmarts selection. Took in my old battery for a nice core discount and was in and out in a hurry.

So I had to go into the store for my husband I asked the man for help his name was James he was very helpful and friendly I would recommend you ask for him .

we had a headlight go out over the weekend, unsure of how to remove the boot cover and unable to see exactly what we were trying to access - I needed help! Jeff was EXTRA helpful and very courteous. Not only did he remove the boot cover and replace the bulb for us HE DID IT WITH HIS EYES CLOSED!!

Lexi is super friendly and knowledgeable. She was very helpful when I came in to the store. I will definitely stop by in the future.

Very friendly staff that helped me diagnose my problem and let me borrow tools so I could immediately fix it their in the parking lot.
