Macy's

You can't go wrong with Macy's EVER! Just be prepared to handle the staff if you're not dressed "properly" if you look poor they will ignore you. Which is why we ALWAYS dress down when we shop. I think it's a better shopping experience to grab six or seven thousand dollars worth of merchandise and have a "Nice" staff member ring it up for you. I always get a small joy when they think you're poor and then you spend a little bit of money. Never judge a book by its cover. Truly I prefer to be left alone while I shop but when a staff member completely ignores me it makes me purposely find someone else to have help me check out. Especially in the cosmetics department!! They think men aren't into skincare or make-up but I find happiness in expensive skincare. It's always fun to see someone's face when you spend $1100.00 on skin cream when you're dressed in flannel and blue jeans! Overall this is a great place to shop for higher quality items but if you're not dressed up or if you're overweight don't expect people to flock to you and try to help you. You'll have to ask where certain things are. Then have a nice person in a different department ring it up. True story.

Looking for prom 2021, great selection of dress types and sizes. The sales associates were very polite and helpful. The sales floor was continually straightned and "put backs" were managed timely. The family restroom was a plus for sure. The dressing room floors were not cleaned though which made it difficult to keep formal length dress hems clean. There were plenty of open stalls though and again the "put backs " were managed very well. Overall a very pleasant trip. Will both recommend and revisit in the future.

Just stopped in for some quick window shopping, and restroom. Great kid's section and all types and styles of luggage to fit anyone's travel needs. I highly suggest you visit those two departments located upstairs.

Greatest store ever, I always love coming to Macy's anywhere in the world, I love all the great deals and so many items to choose from. I always get carried away shopping at Macy's, I always see something that I must have. I love the color coming into the stores and meeting all the great staff, everyone is always so professional and nice. I simply love Macy's and could not live without it.

This Macy's was very different from NY .
They had 2 floors , the staff was extra nice .
Kadian was extremely nice very helpful! Macy's any where in the World will forever and always be a Good Shopping experience.

Great shopping & sales. HORRIBLE selection of dressing rooms. There were plenty available, none are open. Interesting decision during a holiday sale. Will NOT come during a holiday sale ever again.

Crabtree Valley Mall has been around forever but it is still a fun place to shop. You can fine everything here. Happ holidays! Happy shopping. Be blessed.

I had the best help in the shoe section! The ladies were fantastic and offered me SSSOOOOO much help! This also applies to the ladies in the women's clothing dpt!! They were SSSOOOOO patient. It was closing time, and they still helped me out! Thank you!

Love love love this gem classic Macys but packed nicely packed into this small store but has everything that she want. They updated their floor plan. So it’s easier to find the merchandise set you need and when it comes to the the beauty department you can find almost anything. They have curbside and buy online and pick up in store as well makes it so easy. And they just added backstage, A discounted store within a store
