The folks at The Pool Guys are the most top notch and authentically wonderful people you'll ever meet! Here's why. My utility trailer broke apart right in front of their Stadium location. The tongue ripped right off the body. We pushed it back behind The Pool Guys and I went in there the next day to inform them that it's there and I'm doing my best to get it back to the dealer. The trailer is super wide so I can't just load it up on another trailer and go. Only a snowmobile trailer would work. I looked everywhere for three weeks but couldn't find anything. Here's the thing, The Pool Guys had a snowmobile trailer right next to mine that they use to transport hot tubs. I finally asked them if I could rent it from them. Now this is where they get really awesome. The owner said I could just use it for free. He trusted me. Not only that, he let us use their forklift to load it onto the trailer, and he let us use all of this ratchet straps. He even helped us strap it down and taught us all how to use them safely. I can't believe how helpful he was. It's not just him, though. The employees there are so nice. They graciously let me keep my trailer there for three weeks. They called the owner to advocate for me when he wasn't there. His office is at this location so he was there to help me on the day. These are legitimately great people. All I can say is, do you want to buy a hot tub from some big store where you're a faceless number? Or would you rather have a lifetime relationship with people like this? Well, you can with The Pool Guys. My deepest gratitude to them all!

Had a little rough patch a few years ago, so forgive me, but we purchased our Caldera Spa and our 30ft round above ground pool from The Pool Guys. We feel like if we have a problem, Danni and Kathy work very hard to help us resolve the issue. Suzanne and Dani are awesome. They are very personable and will steer you straight on what your pool needs. I've had a few problems with my pool's equipment at times, but they've always stood behind everything and taken care of me.

Couldn't be happier with their service. Amazing analysis of your pool water to provide only the chemicals you need. No drops of solution and color chart comparison for these guys.

In addition, the prices of their chemicals compared to where I was buying them closer to my office, is a huge plus.

They definitely have a new long term customer.

Absolutely love these guys. They helped turn "what could have been" a huge expense for us into a simple fix. They explained all of our options. I must be honest. I was expecting the worst possible news. Our skimmer line was the issue and we tried everything. Michigan summer 2020 with 90 degree temps and Covid 19 going on, we felt so bad about our pool. Finally The Pool Guys answered all of our prayers.

My new house had a Pool and the pool guys were recommended to me by other neighbors in my area. I did try other places. But the pool guys are honest. Listen to you and usually have the right answer for you. They really seem to care about their customers and have done a great job for me for 4 years. I won't badmouth other companies. Pool guys get the job done and don't over charge compared to the others. Bill and Grady are awesome.

The Pool Guys are for certain the best Hot tub people in Kzoo area. Bill and the guys were so helpful when planning on setting and actual setting of the tub. Suzanne is a great sales lady and resource! They actually care how you feel and do with your new toy. I have been waiting since 1986 for this and am now waiting for the tub to heat to the point I can slip into it.

Extremely helpful and truly care about their customers. It is an absolute pleasure to do business with them. The store manager is extremely knowledgeable and can help troubleshoot any pool/spa concern! She is a rockstar, give them a shot!

Could not have been happier with Pool Guys. Suzanne was excellent and couldn't have been better. Delivery was easy, she allows you to come back and test the water and makes sure you have everything you need and know how to use it.
