shamario, michael, and the manager (im so sorry i forgot her name) who was there on 4/17/24 really helped my mother and i our a lot. their way of answering our questions and helping us through the process of upgrades and promotionals were FLAWLESS. i'd give this place 10 stars if i could. defenietly will be returning to this store only in the future. if you're looking to do ANYTHING regarding tmobile this is the place you should be going to :) much love and respect to them!!!

Heather is amazing! After a terrible experience with another phone carrier, she took care of our cellphone needs for our family of 4. 10/10 highly recommended! Hands down the most painless experience I have with any phone carrier!!!

The people in this store are great! Any time I need something they are always willing to help. The store is always clean and smells like the restaurant next door...that a good thing :-)

Heather was generous enough to come in on her day off and help us switch all of our plans over to T-Mobile. She did not have to do this for us, but she spent a majority of her day spending time helping us get everything worked out. We are glad we made the change and cannot thank the South Zanesville T-Mobile shop enough. All the employees there were so kind and helpful and would talk to us about anything and everything. We will be doing business with them in the future. I highly recommend if you are having trouble with anything or need anything switched around, go see the girls there! Thank you again!!

Nicest most helpful staff I've ever encountered. Honest and knowledgeable about everything. I always come here for everything from simple questions to purchasing new equipment and accessories. They always have the best deals and promotions and won't hesitate to explain them all in detail if you have questions. I've been to other stores where I felt like just another number or a target to shove as much stuff down my throat as possible and these guys are the polar opposite. Wish I could give them 20 stars because they deserve every single one. I highly recommend you stop in.

Knowing Katie and Amy, they bust butt daily to help bring great coverage to everyone they can help. They are upbeat, cheery, and love helping people. I like to just stop in to chat for a few minutes, and the welcoming feeling is awesome. Keep up the great work.

Awesome company...... Very friendly and willing to help anyway they can. Seen 1 employee miss a sale cause he didn't inform me of the perks of joining up and getting service then but it all turned out well, went in to south zanesville store and they informed me the perks of signing up right then and SOLD me right on the spot. Key note reminder for the employees, informing a potential new customer of a free product that they want and letting them know it won't cost a thing for 15 days for the new customer, DEF something a new customer wants to hear and 9 times outta 10 you (as the employee) will make that sale, all customers like free, especially when it's what they are looking for. Hats off to my Southtown T mobile, if it hadn't been for everyone in there that helped us through getting service with the company, I would be still using my Hotspot to run my gaming system like I have for so many yrs till recent! Well done Southtown T mobile!

Amy and Katie were extremely helpful to me with purchasing and setting up my new iphone. All of the staff working are very friendly and willing to answer any questions. A definite go to again.

This store is very friendly and welcoming. Cato was very helpful with my upgrade process, answered all questions thoroughly, and fixed tech issues as needed.

the staff here are great! they know their products and they were able to put me into the right phone for my needs. checked my coverage before they sold me on my plan and phones. I saved $140 a month just by switching from Verizon, ended up with 2 extra phones, free hulu and a tablet for my son!

The ladies at this location are always helpful! Heather & Amy set me up with a great plan with unlimited premium data and answered all my questions! Definitely will be back to see them for all my future T-Mobile needs!

I was very impressed by the professional and knowledgeable staff. Heather the assistant manager was not only handling my issues but was training new sales associates. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
