AT&T Store

AT&T Sales Assistant Kyler helped my fiancee and I make a decision on two new phones! Kyler assisted with exploring our options on a visit prior, with no aggressive sales tactics, only patience, and kindness. His other associates are also very polite and helpful. Kyler went above and beyond exceeding my expectations. Best cell phone store experience I have ever had. Even when they are busy, they try to help resolve everyone's issues timely. My only complaint is not with Cheboygan at&t it's with at&t/firstnet, the home wifi is terrible, and the firstnet account has some accessibility issues here and there (web&app login).

Katelyn was so kind and friendly she helped me find some good discounts and was knowledgeable about my possible upgrades and how to help me. If anyone in the area is looking at AT&T for service and wants the best salesperson I would suggest Katelyn as your best option not only will you have a great phone and service but you will have it at the best price possible. Best upgrade yet!!!

Customer service is amazing! I recently bought a new phone and Kyler helped make the set up process super easy. He was also very helpful when it came to recommending cases and screen protectors as well.

Kyler provided excellent input and advice as I decided to replace an old, discontinued box I used for wifi at home. He set me up with a great deal on a hotspot. He reviewed my phone plan and switched my plan to one that costs less and gives me more. I also wanted a new phone. All of this was taken care of very efficiently. I left the store today feeling great!

Every time I need help with anything KATELYN is always happy to help! Never hear a single complaint come from her when there's an issue that she has to work on even if it's over an hour issue very happy that I was able to get her to help!!

This place is amazing! I needed to get my new phone activated and Kyler was a pleasure to deal with. He was friendly , efficient , and knowledgeable. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes thanks to him.

I left Verizon to switch simply because he was a polite and helpful you g man who took the time to help me and my family ! I would highly recommend going to AT&T and asking for his help personally

What, only 5 stars?! This team - Kaitlyn, Zach and Kyler- are great. Zach quickly completed a data transfer from my dying phone to my "new" phone. Kaitlyn was so nice when I called the store and she even bought me a Coke as I waited for my phone to update in the store. A wonderful experience!

Katelyn NEEDS a raise:) best sales rep out there!! She knows her stuff, she's sufficient, and is very good at her job. Not sure if she's appreciated enough but I'm definitely appreciative of her :) 10/10 DEFINITELY recommend:)

Kaitlyn! That's the girl to go too for all your needs. LITERALLY. From upgrading to technical support & when your phone is being a douche. (Most of the time it works) she's helped me with everything, she's very sweet & genuine. & I cam tell she absolutely loves her job. She's always got a big beautitful smile on her face & ready to help you woth your needs.
She keeps the place clean & tidy . If she hasn't gotten a raise yet she DEFINITELY does.

I have been a customer at the Cheboygan AT&T store for many years, and recently purchased a new phone there. I was helped by an associate named Kyler, who answered every question politely and respectfully. The service I received was professional and he made certain that the phone was completely set up and ready for me to use. I am very happy with my new Samsung 23 Ultra!

The staff at this store was very knowledgeable, and helpful in selecting the plan that best suited us. They were very friendly. I will absolutely be back.
