Bloomie's by Bloomingdale's

After shopping at Bloomie’s we visited the cafe, surprisingly the food was excellent, freshly prepared, coffee was amazing. On the top of everything the staff was very friendly and helpful.

It is not a smaller Bloomingdale per se, as Bloomie's stores (three of them in USA) offers the best of the best in their products in one store. There is less "junk" here as the quality of merchandise and service are escalated. The HOME store is a perfect example. Finest in wedding gifts for registry with the best in china, silverware, gifts. No junk here. Men's department is smaller, but still top quality stuff. The women's a teen sections are very attractive. No bargains here, but if you go the ca$h, then you go here. No unsightly sales racks.

She was very helpful to us , quickly answering our questions and concerns.
We had a very pleasant experience, highly recommended as a jewelry specialist.

I recently purchased a gown for a wedding and had a great experience with both Alina Bim, the sales associate, and Angela Sokolova, the Alterations Specialist who shortened the gown. They were very attentive to my needs and gave me their full attention as well as advice on shoes and jewelry that would be appropriate. They never rushed me or tried to over sell me. The women treated me with courtesy and genuine kindness. I highly recommend the store and the staff. Thank you, Ladies!

Cecily was really wonderful help with the New Balance shoes today. She also has a witty personality while being very professional.

Angela is truly the best. First of all, she is very professional. With 45 years of experience in alterations, she immediately understood what we wanted. She shortened five different types of pants and paid close attention to matching the thread color with the pants' color. Among them, I wanted to leave the raw hem on one pair of pants, and she did it so beautifully while shortening the length. I plan to entrust all alterations to Angela in the future. She is extremely fast and precise with her work, and her personality is undeniably kind. I highly recommend her for all clothing alterations here.

I had one of the best experiences I've ever had at a department store today. I went into this store wanting to explore the new location. While I do agree that there isn't a huge selection I'm basing my review more so off of how good the customer service was. I wish I had gotten her name but an extremely nice and patient lady helped me pick out the right cologne and made me feel like the most important customer in the world. It really brightened my day and she even gave me a discount that I wasn't expecting. If all the Blommies associates give customers this type of service I definitely recommend coming here!

I would give 10 stars if I could!! I asked Angela to shorten the length of my two favorite pants. As soon as I put them on, she marked how much the pants should be shortened and explained in detail what would be done. In other places, they often just charge a lot of money and recommend expensive options. When I got the pants back, I saw she had chosen the exact thread color that matched the fabric at the hem of the pants, making it look really good. Despite being busy, she fixed it very quickly and was incredibly helpful and friendly. If you have clothes to alter, don’t hesitate to contact Angela.

Like the small size and curated selection! It was easy for me to find a black tie dress and there was a nice discount when I checked out.

I found this location on a trip by accident. It was such a cute mini version of a Bloomingdale's with a nice selection of items from good designers. It felt fun to shop here.
