Burkdell Mulch is the place to go if you need a 5 gallon bucket of rock or you need. 5 truck loads . They will sale you as much or as little as you need your projects. The new location in Christopher is still. In the process of transitioning but hopefully the kind informative customer service will soon be present at the Christopher Store that you will find in the Mount Vernon Store. The staff from the previous owners still have the.same attitude as they did before sold to Burkdell. Even with that it’s not enough to take away the 5 star service I’ve experienced each time I walk into the Mount Vernon Illinois Store Anything you need for your exterior building from lumber,multiple types and sizes of landscape gravel ,mulch and much much more including your rock garden fountains and don’t forget your Milwaukee Battery Tools sold here as well .

Great people! Very educated on types of stones, especially in my koi pond questions, the trap rock works amazing for runoff and as a rock that stabilizes my waterfall filtration!! A++++++

I will be using them soon for more rock and stone!!!

They have a large variety of stones, rocks etc. Their prices are actually very reasonable. In many cases lower in price on many things. Very personable and knowledgeable. Please go check them out!!!
