This is a very nice store. Makes me think Brooks Brothers is making a comeback after a rocky few years there after the buyout. This place is like a pre-Covid Brooks Brothers: very well stocked and beautifully organized, super knowledgeable and helpful salespeople (Shoutout to Patrick!), and bustling on a Saturday. I will definitely be back!

They have my size that fits! The sales people are very patient and will fit you in the way you want to be fitted. The inventory is high quality and deserves the price charged.

I was probably the most annoying customer ever after returning something online. Howard was awesome and patient while I tried to find my receipt online.

I had a great experience with top notch customer service. The Staff, particularly the Assistant Manager, Casey did a tremendous job with sampling suits, and accomplishing a fitting on a busy Saturday. I even received the hemmed suit earlier than expected. 10 out of 10.

Not the friendliness staff but Brooks Brothers quality. The lady seemed preoccupied with getting the store straighten up rather than focusing on customers. Will try the location one more time before seeking a different location or brand.
Second trip people were outstanding. Met the Supervisor Michelle who was extremely helpful and also met the manager who also was helpful. Maybe the first time I went in it was a bad day but today they were helpful, pointed out sale items and great values. I purchased a sport coat that is being shipped to me over the weekend.

Store was super busy, and many of the customers were rather demanding jumping in front of other customers or interrupting conversations for immediate service. The staff did a great job of managing the difficult customers and working to help everyone, multitasking without making anyone feel alienated.

I love Brooks Brothers. Always high quality clothing with reasonable price. The service is nice, and they are not pushing for you to buy anything. The store has a elegant feel to it. They offer tailoring service inside the store. I never got a chance to try it out but I heard the price is good.

Definitely my favorite clothier for Dress and Formal wear! Excellent selection of quality made suits that you can count on for durability and fit. This clothier offers onsite fitting and the turn around time is only a few days. Good variety of dress shirts, ties, belts, cufflinks, cologne, socks, pants, sport coats, shoes and more! I especially like the Brooks No iron dress shirts which I find to be the best around. This is an upscale clothier so expect suits to be $600 and up. You can find suits on sale consistently especially in off sizes. They do offer promotions at times where you can save considerably. Sales associates here are very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. This location is in Old Orchard on the east side of mall.
