I have always found this store to be friendly and accommodating. The fact that you have to wait for your merchandise is because they have to order it and have no control when the stock comes in. Their prices are a lot less then anywhere else. I have bought from the owner of this store for years and have had to wait when I ordered a Hawks jersey but that is to be expected. I will continue to frequent this store when I am in Galena and recommend others do to.

Visit this place on a regular basis. Exactly what the name says. Got a Blackhawks jersey for half the price compared to other sports stores. Owner very friendly. Wide variety of sport teams represented here.

Cool place

Very cool stuff here! Found a cool Bears yard sign and a Navy memento for my dad. They offered to hold it there since the sign was so tall. Very nice staff and selection!

I order my Hawks jerseys from here. EXTREMELY price competitive. Pete is nice to work with. Absolutely no complaints.

Nice little store, that has different sports team collectibles along with arts & crafts type stuff.

Very spacious but nothing was my cup of tea when it came to buying. They do have a clearance room though, which I appreciated. Also, if anyone could ask the owner if they know what the building was originally I have a bet going. Was it a church or a theatre?

I called two weeks ago to order a Bears jersey for my husband. I was told that it would be in within 5-7 days. I told the boy I ordered it from that I needed it by Saturday, October 21 for an anniversary gift, he assured me that this would not be a problem and took my order and said he would call me when the jersey came in. I called today as I was walking out the door to go pick it up, and the owner said that they take anywhere from 8-10 days or longer depending on if it is in stock. I explained what I was told and he said it was his grandson who told me that and it was wrong information. He said he will call me when it comes in and I can take if I still want it. Totally RUDE and unhelpful. I nicely explained that this was an anniversary gift and I was counting on it today, and a phone call would have been nice. I then asked an estimated time it would be in and he said he had no idea and again would just call me. Never once apologized for the inconvenience at all. Was rude and just kind of a jerk to me. We live in Dubuque, and frequent Galena a lot. We actually purchase a lot of home decorations and gifts from this store, but after this experience, I will never go there again, and I will be more then happy to tell others not to waste their time. For a niche business that says they pride themselves on customer service, I got anything but good customer service.
