I've had nothing but positive experiences in the few years I've been shopping with them. The owner is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet and his staff is equally as pleasant. Very knowledgeable people when it comes to anything vape. I really can't say enough good about this place! Seems like every other time I see them, I'm getting a deal or discount on an already low priced item. It's very refreshing to see a business being run the way this one is. My favorite vape store!! The employees are very nice and helpful. I'd highly recommend. I've never had a bad experience there and even if I did it would still be my first choice of vape stores to go to. Plus theyre the only ones that carry my favorite vape juice :)

I love this vape store!!!! They are very nice, very caring, very knowledgeable. They don’t rush you, they don’t try and sell you something when you don’t need it. They take time with each customer to help them out. If they don’t have juice flavor you want they will offer to get it for you. I was having a really bad day and went here after work. They hooked me up. They took the time to check my vape out and see what they could do to make it better. They are the best!!!! I ended up buying a new one also and had to keep going inside to have them help me. Not every place gives you the customer service that this place does!!!! Older man and younger guy I never caught their names though. I even went back the next day to thank them for getting my vape working better again. And of course to buy more juice. I recently checked out the other 2 vape stores around me but you don’t get as near good customer service as you do here !!! Though I did find a juice flavor I been searching for over a year now. Lol. Thank you for out standing customer service!!!

This is the perfect example of why we should support small business owners. The staff is amazing, friendly, and they never act as if you’re a bother. The owner is very much engaged with his customers and the pride he has in his business is nice to see. All around great people and I travel past 4 vape shops just to go see them weekly. I have been coming here for quite some time. The owner Elmer is a really good guy, his wife is is great too. There is a HUGE selection of everything and they are always happy to replace anything that isn't working right. I highly recommend this place. Good people

Everyone is friendly and generous. Everytime I'm in a bind and don't have time to order something online I go here instead. The staff is always willing to look in storage for what I need and they always have it. Some of their juice recomendations are now my favorites. If you're looking to support local business this is the one.

We were just there today to get my glass and mouthpiece replaced. The guy who helped us was awesome. I didn't catch his name but he was legit and very helpful. It was the best experience I've ever had at a vape shop.

Stopped here while visiting the area from Ohio, LOVED the staff at this shop. You could tell how knowledgeable they are and that they've been in the vape game a while. (Kayfun represent!) One of the better selections in stock. I came here to purchase Pinnacle brand Cbd oil as my usual store stopped Carrying it. Friendly staff. Stocked what I wanted. Pricing is average retail. Will buy from them again!

Best vape shop; i only shop here if i don't order online. Super friendly, always giving me deals on my coils and juices. Amazing prices even without the deals. Great selection (I'm still trying new flavors). Conveniently close to home. Wife even knows it's 'my vape shop'. Keep being awesome 👍

Great vape store! Cole was especially helpful and took the time to explain why my coils were burning so fast. He even changed it out for me. Wonderful customer service and I’ll be back the next time I’m in town.

This store is fantastic and the staff is always willing to help you out. And they don't act like snobs when you don't know the exact terminology. I've been to all the vapor stores in my city and by far vapor emporium in New market is the best hands down.
