I had a great experience at this store recently, which is a rare occurrence for a cellular store! Garrett was the individual who greeted me when I first walked in, and helped me solve a few issues I was having with my phone. He was very helpful, and made sure all issues were resolved before I left. Very refreshing experience for a cell phone store visit.

Desiree was very helpful and super friendly! She assisted me with resolving issues with my phone not sending or receiving MMS messages correctly, and she helped me situate my storage settings on my phone to ensure my photos would end up in the right place. I will definitely visit the Newton location from here on out for any of my Verizon needs!!

I had been having a lot of trouble over the phone trying to solve some problems with my bundle I had, but Garrett helped get everything sorted out. He was very informative and patient with all my questions.

Finally broke down and purchased a new phone (it was high time, believe me). Cyndel was the name of the lady that helped me throughout with ordering and accessories and all of the questions I had. I am not very tech savvy and she was very patient and was able to answer all of my questions. She even helped to ensure that my purchase had all of the proper discounts applied from anything available on my account, and that all of my information transferred. Very satisfied with this purchase and the customer service I received.
