I had an absolutely incredible experience with Camera Ready. Chelsie and the team were kind and helpful before I even got to the store.

My initial contact was through the website where I used the chat feature. I found this to be easy to use and the team was responsive.

In store I was greeted warmly and was in and out with what I needed in no time. The store is beautiful. Exactly what you would expect from a high end cosmetics company. Bright lights and incredible organization.

From beginning to end my experience with Camera Ready Cosmetics was an absolute pleasure.

This by far is my favorite place to buy makeup. I now live in Arlington and will drive to them with no hesitation to buy what I need or simple to get detailed advice on new products that I want to try. I have been there for hours talking before leaving! I always feel welcomed and never embarrassed when I know something amongst seasoned artist. They are like my makeup artist best friends lol. I wish they were doing classes because I would attend in a heart beat because I truly trust their advice and expertise.

My first experience with Camera Ready Cosmetics was AMAZING! I wasn’t sure exactly what I needed but had some other products that required color matching. Jess and Chelsie were simply OUTSTANDING!!!! They took their time to get to know me, what the items were for to make sure I ordered the correct items. They evaluated my current colors and provided me with very specific details regarding color matching to the new product. I could not be happier with advice and their personal service. I will be a life long customer!!!

I forgot to ask for the associates names there when I went. But they were the most attentive, professional and sweetest people there! I went in today, me, my mom and sister drove 3 hours from where we live just for this location and the trip was well worth it! Everything we needed for my wedding day they had and some extra stuff that we got as well that they recommended! Thank you CRS! I will definitely be back!! ❤

This was my first time in. I haven't purchased makeup before and was there for Halloween make up. Chelsea assisted me and couldn't have been better! She helped me find what I needed, balanced other customers, and was so nice and welcoming.

CRC saves me Everytime! I've been ordering from CRC for years. I am a pro MUA and they carry everything I need in my kit, plus they are always adding on brands, with newness! Shipping is prompt, and my items are always packaged with care. I've never had anything break. I especially love Parian Spirit brush cleanser, CRC is the only place I can buy it from! I recommend Camera Ready Cosmetics for all of your beauty needs.

I've been ordering from CRC for a good year and half now - maybe two! Recently I had the fortunate experience of going into the store itself in Farmer's Branch TX. What a GREAT time!!! Calvin and Chelsey took phenomenal care of me!! Calvin taught me how to apply my makeup better- I've always winged it, but he taught me the proper ways. He found the best color match for my foundation and helped me to select the appropriate tools. Wonderful experience!!! I just wish we had one closer to NB TX so I continue with the wonderful in person experience I had at the main location!!

Holy grail of products and most welcoming and helpful staff. I believe I had the pleasure of Chelsey's help (I hope I remember that right but my 3 year old was ready to go, so here goes mom brain). She was the best experience. She took the time to color match me and immediately hit the nail on the head. She answered all of my questions and put me on the throne make up chair with all the lights and glam! When I saw a couple bad reviews below this I thought, man, those people must have not gone to Camera Ready Cosmetics, since everyone in the store at the same time as me was treated like Queens. Whoever buys the products for this store/designed it is top notch. The buyer or owner REALLY knows their stuff and seems to employ very knowledgeable and poised staff. I will be a customer for life! Totally blown away, seriously.

It really is a one stop shop. I get most of my SFX and a lot of my other makeup for clients here. I went last week and the staff that was there were professional, fun, and HELLA knowledgeable about the products. They even got me to try something new. I usually order on-line but they really made me want to just go in person next time too. I freaking love this place.

Jessica D. was beyond wonderful! I’ve never had someone so personable and willing to go above and beyond to help me out! I felt like I was talking to a best friend! Whatever she’s being paid, double it-AT LEAST! She should be the face of the company! I cannot rave enough about her customer service!

This is honestly the best makeup store experience I have ever had! The employee who helped me was friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and enthusiastically answered every question in stride. The environment was clean and the products well displayed and organized. I was thoroughly impressed and will definitely be back.

This is a review for their online store. I've been a loyal customer for years due to their selection of Ben Nye products. But this week they really won me over. I got a call that one of the samples I ordered was out of stock - would I prefer a different color? I asked for a refund, was given the $ back, and when the sample color arrived back in stock earlier than expected, they shipped it to me at no charge. That's just good service. Tells you how much they value their customers. I'll remain a loyal customer!

If I could give subzero or minus stars I would. Ordered items totaling over40$. Never received them. The carrier CRC used states they delivered on Sunday. I have my mail delivered to a ups store that is closed on Sundays. They never got it so I never got it. I guess this business is looking for donations. Never again. Can only contact someone via email no phone number. Left my number. No return calls to speak directly with someone . Only emails. Just giving the run around. Very disappointed. Bad experience.

I've been buying from the camera ready cosmetics website for 5+ years. All my orders have been perfectly packaged, correct, and arrive within a few days. I visited their Dallas showroom today and it was awesome! I was greeted right away and was told I could sample anything that was there. One of the sales ladies helped me choose the right shade of foundation. I always have a good experience with CRC.

I recently bought some sfx makeup from them online and I had a wonderful experience. Living out of state and ordering online can be tricky. Had a bad experience with a place in California but the exact opposite here. Highly recommend, some of the pricing seemed better on their site as well which makes it all the more better.

As we all order online during this pandemic, CRC has outstanding customer service. They returned an email on a Sunday! I like to support local and I’m lucky to have this place in Dallas! I love with my Ben Nye products!

Not only have I ordered over the phone for the past four years, but last year while working in Dallas, I visited the store two times. The staff is knowledgeable, the prices competitive, and the selection of products is outstanding. As a professional Makeup Artist, I highly recommend CAMERA READY COSMETICS!!

Amazing company! They had an eye shadow product that was not safe for eyes. It was an oversight & when I mentioned my concerns the owner of the company actually said they took all of the stock off their web site. That is how much this company stands behind their philosophy of quality for their customers. Everything else I've ever ordered from them has been top notch. Heard rave reviews about them from YouTube & have to agree!

My wife and I went to Camera Ready last night looking for face painting products for our kids. The woman working the store was incredibly knowledgeable and went through the trouble of demoing various products and steered us towards the better of the products even though her suggestion costs less than the alternative. She went above and beyond and worked to find something that would fit our needs and did her best to meet our budget constraints. By the end of our transaction the store was soon to close but we were never made to feel rushed.
