My phone was on it's last legs and I really needed an upgrade but didn't want to spend too much. Laura was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped me pick just the right one and get me set up before I left the store.

The goal of my visit was to swap from a different cell phone carrier and start a new line with AT&T. I was immediately helped and the employee was efficient, patient, and friendly throughout the entire visit. He upsold me but was not pushy about it at all. I was educated on all of my options and left the store with great new products for a very fair price. Now I have 5G where I used to not have any service. I highly recommend switching to AT&T!

I was greeted at the door by the rep, he resolved my issue immediately. So I decided to make a purchase. He sold to me exactly what I was asking for with no pressure to upsale or push any product on me that I was not inquiring about. For that I'm thankful

Nathan at Decatur AT&T store was a pleasure to meet . He helped our entire family with our plan and phone upgrades. He had a great sense of humor and had a great attitude. Nathan was committed to his job and went out of his way to help us which is rare these days!

Me and my wife went to this location for a new iPhone upgrade. Micheal was the gentleman who helped us through the whole process. We were there for a few hours and he made the whole process easy. He also showed us how to work our new phones and to transfer stuff from one phone to another. We came back a couple of days later to get a phone with more gig space and Austin one of the managers made that whole process easy for us as well! Would recommend for anyone to see one of those two! Thank you guys again for the help!

Hands down the BEST ATT store because of the help of Jamal. I am upgrading my iPad and he spent time on the phone with me explaining the differences because they do not keep many in stock. He answered all of my questions and never rushed me. The most important thing was his honesty!! Very impressive!
