AT&T Store

Brian E., the manager, was amazing! I’ve come in a couple times this month and he’s taken care of me each time. Superb attention to detail and customer service! This location is not the one nearest to me, but I will keep returning as long as Brian is running the show!

I decided to get a new phone since I liked the one my wife just got. However, I was very unimpressed with the service at a different location. I came to this store and it was like night and day the difference in service level. Brian waited on me and if I could give more stars I would. He was excellent. Not only did he help with getting my new phone, he explained how I had a discount because I had an aarp membership. They never even looked at my plan at the other store. They never even asked if we have some of the ways mentioned to me to get a discount on my bill with my wife. I was able to get a better plan for the same price. I further had a way to lower my bill from what I was paying just by changing one thing in my payment plan. I would never go to the other store after the experience I had here. Well done!!!

Sir Nofil helped us so much today and we have been there for 2 hours and he has been patient and kind. He has always had a smile on his face. Give this man a raise

Hey you guys having an perfect employee name BRYAN he is a perfectionist at dealing politely calmly and having a great conversation with us and he really helped me i ever had met this type of person in my life he was wonderful and he really worked hard for Financing us with phones and Lines

We went in to upgrade our phones. We were greeted by Kaylan. She worked very hard with all the customers getting their needs meet. She made sure to go over all the prices with us and the changes to our plans. She took the time to put the new cases on the phones and even the screen proctors. We will defiantly come back to the store as she gave everyone outstanding service.

I was welcomed by Joseph to assist me on my question. He was very nice and informative on how to proceed with my trade in phone and the manager as well made sure I was okay and asked me if I had any other questions. This is my first time as a customer with ATT and my experience made me happy with my decision.

Joseph C. helped me out even when I came in almost at closing. Super helpful and professional. Knew his stuff, and answered all the questions I had. Definitely an asset to this store/branch.

Carlos was great! He really helped me switch over all my stuff from my old Samsung. I had Verizon and they had such bad customer service and when I walked into here they did so well! They really took care of me.
