The UPS Store

Went to drop off a return package. I completely forgot it said “customer packed” on the return instructions. I kept it in the original box but forgot to tape it and the picture of my QR code was blurry (wouldn’t work at first when the attendant was trying to scan it).

My experience was NOT like a lot of others I see here on the reviews. The young man working the counter had an extremely kind and uplifting attitude (was even humming the upbeat music in the background while working).

While I was attaining a more clear QR code picture, he taped the package. He gently reminded me for next time that the package needs to be taped by the returnee as original instructions require, but then got out his own tape and did it himself saying “this time, I’ll do it” with a smile. He was very well spoken for someone his age.

As a person who works a high level supervisory role in the customer service industry, this was truly giving their client “the pickle” (look it up) and taking ownership over a business he doesn’t own to leave a satisfied customer. It’s the little things that make or break an experience. 5 stars

I always have a great experience & it’s usually quick here. All the staffs are super kind & Xavier is always so nice & makes sure you're taken care of.

Store is clean and orderly. Customer service is great and there are enough employees to handle the number of customers.

They are very helpful, kind, and professional in this store. I have been shopping and returning online orders at this specific location for 4 years and their service has been consistent. There are so many variables to shipping and receiving goods but this location does everything they can to make it easier on the customers when faced with issues.

We’ve been using this UPS store for years since they opened and have always had an amazing experience. I recently had a last minute order to print booklets for my business, not only did they meet expectations, but s few pictures were missing so they filled in the blanks themselves and made sure it looked good. The staff has always been extremely helpful and reliable.

I needed a digital picture enlarged so I decided to go to a nationally known local pharmacy to inquire pricing. While waiting in line, I experienced how the customer in front of me was being treated. I then decided to walk out because I felt like I was interrupting their day . After calling another nationally known pharmacy I was treated the same way. I then called UPS at this location and after explaining what I needed they said, indeed we can help. They were very kind in explaining what they needed to help me. If you are in need of any shipping, picture printing or anything else they offer, Hatim and his team are your answer. I love supporting them because they deserve it. Thank you all for all you’ve done for me and my family. In a world where good service is rare, Hatim and his team are genuinely grateful for your business.

Line was pretty long when I got in the store. But it moved pretty good. My transaction didn’t take long at all.

great place! They handled the holiday season very well despite the non-stop business. I had several Amazon returns and each time I entered the store, I was greeted by the very helpful team who helped me with my problems every single time.

I have gone to this UPS store several times; usually for Amazon Returns. The staff is friendly & competent. I rarely have an extended wait! No one has ever been rude or abrupt.

This store gets 5 stars from me because of Blake! Mr. Blake is the hardest working employee at this location. He is always ready to help. He constantly has a fantastic attitude, especially when faced with difficult customers. I have had a PO Box here for over a year because the USPS in this area is horrible due to being severely understaffed. UPS is OK. Fed Ex is hit or miss. At my apartment complex, Alys Crossing with its horrible labyrinthine lay out and musical chair lack of parking, deliveries are so bad that management sent an email notifying tenants to arrange for deliveries to be sent to another location (family, friends or PO BOX.)

Since we had packages sent to the PO Box at this UPS storefront, there have been no problems. FYI, Amazon is super stingy now with lost packages. They refer you to their "Risk of Loss" page. You have to file a police report online and call back with a case number to get a replacement or refund. I suppose they need to save their space dollars for Jeff's galactic adventures. LOL. Amazon is such a joke. WalMart.com has a much friendlier replacement service now days. However, you still have to be careful with 3rd party vendors. Dealing with a 3rd party vendor on both retail platforms is still an email back and forth ordeal and there is a relatively short time window for returns of 30 days. With logistics delays due to Covid, shopping on line is at times like a part time job.

I love subscribe and save. Most vendors like Lakewood Organics Juice has a subscribe and save option these days. Often ordering directly from the manufacturer costs less, and arrives with better packaging, and more reliable shipping. Mostly becuase many Amazon marketplace vendors use Smart Post. Which is not so smart because even though UPS or Fed EX starts the delivery, your local USPS actually delivers. This particulary 77433 USPS branch office is considered "rural." Something to think about if you are considering moving to this area. The local USPS office (during the Trump Tragic Era of defunding) actually "lost" important documents from the IRS and Social Security office. This caused a disruption in my retirement payments directly deposited in my bank account, because mail was returned "undeliverable." My mail carrier has granny glasses, moves and talks so fast like she is on way too much caffeine or some kind of upper recreational drug.

So, if you move here, come to this UPS and get a PO Box. You will be glad you did. Mr. Blake is amazing. His customer service is above and beyond any that I have experienced at any other shipping store. He even went above and beyond by researching a problem I had called in with and forgot about. He remembered who I was and the next time I stopped in for my mail, he had the solution to my problem. I have to admit, I later realized I was in the wrong and it was a mix up between me and my way too long to do list. SMH. But Blake went so far as to call another store and find out how to look up the solution to my inquiry! I was floored. I have no idea why Blake works here. With his service expertise he could be a manager at any retail location. But I sure am blessed that I can count on his stellar customer service. I trust all of my important mail and packages are safe.

I am a disabled mother with a toddler and we are both immune compromised. We rely on everything being delivered since the pandemic began. Even before then, delivery is just simpler. I read a book about living a better quality of life. The author said that the one thing every minimalist should spend money on is things that save time. Like getting retail items delivered and subscribe and save on regular commodities. I have been practicing that ever since. Before Trump decimated the US Postas Service, things were delivered swimmingly. In the aftermath of the Trump tragedies and with Covid messing with the logistics chain, having a PO Box at a UPS Storefront is a must have for my family.

US Post Offices are gross and look dingy. Definelty choose UPS Storefronts for a PO Box! Thank you Blake for the BEST Service!!!

On 4/19/22I was in the store to get help scanning some of my artwork. I should have written this review that day, because I told Hatim I would. All of the staff I encountered were courteous and the store was spotless, but when I tell you Hatim went out of his way to be helpful and produce several quality scans for me that would be an understatement!!! I have a closer store location, but when I need UPS services this is where I will come and hopefully Hatim will be will be available.

As a small business owner we are always busy and juggling many tasks! The UPS Store on Fry never lets me down and always comes through to deliver! Thank you for preparing my new hire training books faster than any other print service!

For the people who see our most current review…. This is for you…

I don’t know why some people find the need to write bad reviews to a business but not tell the whole story… yesterday July 5th 2021 UPS chose to make it an unofficial official holiday for their drivers just like other companies such as USPS, FedEx and other delivery services….which meant that we were limited to space since the store is small…we were informing customers who come in with a large amount of packages that requires lots of space if they were able to bring some of them the following day since we not be getting our regular pick up due to the holiday but we were still able to take some….all of them were very comprehending and had no issue with it…but not this customer…I saw that he brought in 4 extra large boxes into the store…I stopped helping my customer and asked the gentlemen how many more did he have. He proceeded by saying he had 4 more which was a total of 8 extra large boxes. I kindly explained to him our situation due to the limited space in the back. He was very upset and started telling us how he didn’t care and how it wasn’t his issue. However I continued to explain to him if he could bring the other 4 boxes the following since we would get out pickup at 3pm. Once I told him the second time kindly if he could bring them back the following day he started snapping his fingers at one of the employees and treating her like a “dog”. She also informed him kindly saying that we would only be able to take 4 boxes due to the limited space. Once that was said to him he started snapping his fingers even more at her and kept insisting her to take his packages. Once he started putting his packages back to his car and was saying how we are dumb and stupid for not informing him that we would not be able to take all his packages, even though I clearly informed him after he brought his 4th box inside of the store. As I processed to the back to cool off as someone should because he kept yelling at all of us and started calling us slurs but he somehow found the need to call me , and I quote “ a s***** a** b****”. Once the employee in the black shirt heard that, he informed him to not be talking to us like that… I guess the customer didn’t like that and continued calling him fat like making fun about someone’s weight is very childish. My coworkers was feed up and came to the back to cool off as well and was talking to me. No one threatened anyone over having too many packages how he stayed in his review because there is no need for that. Once he was done putting his packages back in his car he came back inside the store and started yelling “HELLO!!!” As soon as I walked out back to the front he started talking pictures of me and my coworker and we informed him to not take pictures and he said he “didn’t give a f***“ and just left. We as a business have good customer service so for someone to lie or not say the full story of an experience they have is messed up for the staff but also management.

I love this UPS Store! I’ve always had exceptional customer service and have always been greeted in a friendly manner. They’ve helped me with projects that Office Depot rudely declined to do. This is the only UPS Store I will go to in the area!

Amazing customer service. I recently opened a PO Box here. I had been waiting on a package that was lost via USPS. When the package arrived they hand delivered the package to me. Service like that is hard to come by. I'm forever grateful. I'll look forward to a long lasting relationship with this business.

They have always been amazing!! The owner and his family are hard working and try their best to make sure everyone is taken care of! They go above and beyond for all their customers! Zavier who has also helped us has been amazing!

Amazing customer service! Lovely staff! Very helpful. Shipped my package and got it delivered right on time. I was extremely happy to have my gifts delivered and have my recipients receive them on time for their birthday! Everyone should go here!!! Very nice service.

Very professional and helpful staff. Ontime delivery and reasonable rates. Had a canvas photo designed and printed from the store. It came out really nice. Would definitely recommend to friends and family if you are looking for quality work.
