When I walked in the store And Was greeted by Annette, she was the first person to asked me to apply for a Belt card because of her friendly attitude and beautiful smile I agreed immediately. While I was there, she showed me some fragrances that my daughter or wife may have liked and I agreed to a $200 bottle of perfume which she held behind the counter. She let me know that once I applied for the car, I would receive an instant 20% off of my purchase. I had other items to get throughout the store and on my way back , two perfume to finalize all of my purchases. I came across Teresa in the jewelry department. I asked her where the finance department was so I can apply for a card. She immediately replied it's right here. I told her I had purchases to makeover and perfume. She said that I could use the 20% throughout the store today. When I went back to purchase the perfume from the young woman and fragrances I found out that I've been hornswoggled and trick into applying in jewelry, which I had no intentions of doing whatsoever. I have overly apologized to my sales person that I will use from now on for every single purchase if I buy a cookie on the shelf. I will only go through the perfume department because Of this incident. And she's very easy on the eyes , which makes it even better joy to see her smiling face .. Bell will never lose me because of this incident, But what it what it has done is made me a permanent customer of the perfume department you go Annette have a good day you have 10 stars for me

Oh boy ! What an upscale everythingnin one spot! Quality items and lovely home items and clothes for every room..its like a mini mall in one store. I literally spent 2 hours walking around. Sales are everywhere on various items. Perfect shopping for quality merchandise and even wedding gifts!

The cashier was very professional. It was very busy when i went so i didn't stay and do much shopping. But the cashier in the shoe department was so kind and she was getting her line down fast and efficiently. She needs a raise. She was so patient and treated everyone the same. You could tell she was tired but she is very dedicated. Kuddos to the cashier that was morning shift on December 13th.

The lady who rang up my purchase was wonderful. The lower level was clean and organized. You didn't have to fight to get around the racks of clothing.

I try to stick to the sales and you can get a good value. My wife loves the cosmetics

I just picked up an online order, and I plan on doing the Belk survey as well. I just had to give credit where credit is due right now due to the exceptional service I just received from an associate named Brandy. She was so sweet, and her energy was so exciting. Employees like Brandy can really set the standard for what your customers should expect. Brandy was the bar. Thank You Brandy for making me feel like I was a special customer, you made my not so great day so much better!

My experience was nice and the cashiers in this past Sunday was simply helpful...Go Belk's Macon.If you ever in town stop bye.The saleswomen in jewelry and ladies department made my visit worth while....

Excellent selection of items include clothing, shoes, makeup, linens, jewelry, housewares and gifts among others. Great location near Interstate 75 with ample parking available. Convenient to many shops, restaurants and hotels nearby.

Awesome! Lady was literally walking out the door with my order as I pulled into parking lot. Before I even pressed the button to say I was here. My wheels stopped rolling as I parked in a pickup spot and she was in my window with my order. Wonderful experience.

Typical waffle house....waitress will refill your coffee only once and breakfast is reasonably priced.

I went in to purchase Mac Makeup, however Ms.Kennedy at the Estee Lauder WAS looking flawless, so I stopped to allow her to do my makeup , this beautiful young lady was fabulous. Thank you Kennedy, your guest Nikki.

All Designer Brands, CURVY DEPARTMENT, I've been watching since they came into Belk in July 2022 til now, $9.99 ea plus additional $1.00 off, so $135.00 Blazer was $8.99. Sweaters, Blouses, Shirts, Pants $8.99 ea. But the Bonus was the terrific lady named Rhoda who checked me out. Dressed in beautiful outfit, looking like she just dropped by after Church to shop, with pretty hair, smile & personality. How nice to see a Belk employee representing the Store that I've been shopping at since 1950's with everyone in my family, instead of the look of many of our precious younger ones in ragged, holes everywhere, & in unexpected places, too tight jeans, with shirts, tops, & holey sweaters, & a generally unkempt appearance. I realize that's their choice to dress as they please, & what's in vogue at the moment, & they represent & help sell to our younger generation..What a surprise to meet Rhoda who came to greet me, & ask if she could help. I've actually had cashiers look up from their phones (briefly), see me approaching, & walked away. She saw two items I was buying that had not been marked to the $9.99 price, took the initiative to call the supervisor, Jenny, I think (Fresh back from maternity leave), who immediately corrected the error. Thank you Belk for getting the prices down to a reasonable, acceptable price. Hope you'll continue this price decreasing thru July 4th. It's time to move out this inventory, & bring in the new. Thank you for the employees you have, & let RHODA in the back at the Kim Rogers section know I'm assigning her a 10. Just unclear as to how I do it on Belk site. But, she deserves it & more.
