I’ve only ever had an exceptional experience with the fine folks at UPS on Thomaston. It is hard to find good customer service these days, but these ladies always exceed my expectations! On my last visit yesterday, Kaylynn in particular was remarkably kind and seemed genuinely happy to help me. Thank you again!

Their customer service is excellent. The employees are very pleasant and patient if I have any difficulty with my returns.

All of my experiences with this UPS store in Shoppers Value have been great! They go above and beyond the customer’s expectations. The returns that we’ve had to file claims on due to damages when received were handled immediately.. The entire staff is exceptional!! Congratulations on a job well done!!

Ms. Stephanie was friendly & professional. I had one item to ship and another item that I needed an estimated shipping price. Even though my 2nd item was larger than the usual shipping items, she was patient & was very helpful throughout this process. Thank you so much!

This is a full service UPS store tucked inside a grocery store, with signage that leads you right to it. It is clean and efficient and I was especially impressed by Lisa Patel, who was friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

Very helpful, courteous gentleman helped me mail package. A woman in line ahead of me was returning 30 or more items to Amazon. She looked up each item on her phone before the UPS clerk could print a mailing ticket. I have rarely seen such patience. Kudos to him!!! Smiled the entire time.

The Manager and staff are friendly and courteous. I used them to process Amazon returns. Very knowledgeable. They get the job done!
