Circle K

I frequent this location about 6 times a week. It is usually very late after I get off work. The customer service is always great. I got the privilege of meeting and being taken care of by Dori. Being in customer service for over 23 years, I was very impressed and almost left speechless. Circle K will forever and always be my go to, because of her. Thank you!!!

This store is great. Always clean even the bathrooms. My favorite worker there is a young man named AJ. He is one of the most respectful and polite service station workers I've ever met

A rather grubby little service station. Bathroom floors were really sticky. Sounded like walking on duct tape. Nasty. Found a bloody tampon stuck to the wall in the MENS bathroom. Tried to use air pump outside and it wouldn’t even fill the tire with air. Lots of seedy looking people walking around. The air pump was awful! And was also sticky.

I have visited this location this morning and was extremely surprised that when I go to check out that I was charged $0.89 for a Circle k ice cup. When all I did was get a little bit of ice in my own metal cup. I have been to Circle k's all around from down south in Florida all the way up to Ohio and never once has this ever happened. When I asked the gentleman ringing me up about it he apologized and told him unfortunately that is what his manager told him that he had to do.

Jordan doesn’t know that y’all don’t have to scan folks id for cigarettes. I was no buying a VaP, he could have typed in my age. He needs to be reminded. Then had a nasty attitude about him no knowing. Need more educated cashiers. Service 0 stars if u could

I work at the circle k. And it is the worse Job I have ever worked at. I work alone at night overnight. And the store manager neither. Market manager has ever come in to help run the store and keep it open. When I first started working for the company. It was always three people working. Someone running the register. Someone cleaning and someone stocking the cooler. I have made both store manager and market manager aware about customers getting upset when the store has to close. Because it's 24 hrs .open been assigned additional duties to perform. Only to get written up if something is not done. I have made the managers aware of safety concerns and nothing has been done. The manager is never on time to relieve me. Neither employee. Always late. I worked for the company for a year befoe I got a raise. But additional work assignmens we're assigned. I was written for insubordination because I got tired of standing any minute after my shift. And ended my shift once I saw my relief pull up outside

Would not give me change $2.49 item, gave her $3, she said no change. Always out of cigarettes. Flies in the donut case and soda machine. Everything sticky and dirty. Trash

Pumps defect without sign, then no receipt at pump.

Early morning crew always be saying they can't do cash, only debit or credit, coffee creamer is always empty at 5:30 in the morning,how??????? They just don't care! ( Except the black gentleman with glasses, always politely helps when he can!)
