The Ross at Mount Dora it's a really nice and clean store is not trashed out like the ones in Kissimmee and Orlando are it has really nice and customer service employees everyone is wearing a mask great prices right now the store looks a little bit lonely and empty merchandise wise but they will bring some more items in if you guys want to support the store in Mount Dora come and check them out they have great deals better than then TJ Maxx and Marshalls pretty much the same items better prices

Wow wow wow!! So clean and organized! Absolutely nothing out of place or on the floor. The two ladies at the jewelry counter welcomed me in and asked if I needed any help. I will never go to another location! Didn’t find anything worth purchasing but the experience made the trip worth it! Good job team!

I absolutely love Ross. The store looks great. The staff is wonderful and very friendly. The prices are affordable. They have a huge selection of products. You can really almost fine anything and everything there. The Management is doing their hardest to keep customers coming back.

Thought I review this place. I always go to Ross first when looking for kitchen gadgets, pots and pans, Sheets, Linens, dish towels, mixing bowls ,plates , rugs, towels , clothing, petite Junior's women's men's belts shoes you name it. Of course the inventory changes drastically on a daily basis. If you like something a lot, be advised if you pass it up, may not be there later.
Returns , debit and credit cards are put back on
The card used. Cash for cash . if the tags are still on the item, you'll receive store credit.

Store has lots of merchandise staff very friendly and helpful. Price is half of what you pay somewhere else. One of my favorites you won’t be disappointed

You never know what you'll find here. They do a great job keeping things nice and organized. You can find some real gems here. You may wait in line a few minutes, but the bargains are worth the wait.

Not much to shop at this location

They have a lot of different products to choose from with very good prices. I found the gift I wanted and check out was Swift and efficient. I appreciated being in and out quickly as I only had a few minutes to spend.

Decent selection as far as Ross goes. Staff was extremely helpful. I was buying accessories and shoes to go with a dress I brought in. They were kind and helped me match head to toe. I was very pleased with the customer service they showed me.

Love shopping at Ross. They have so many items that you must walk every idle to actually know what they have. From cloths to home decor and small electronics, it is a great place to get a great deal on what you need and even on what you didn't know you needed till you see it! Highly recommended!!!

This store is there best Ross within a 50 Mile radius. It's organized and always has good clearance racks. Store is clean and has social distancing

Although the cashiers sometimes act as though they don't realize that if you don't have customers then business won't continue. Other then that the store has great prices.

Found some great deals. Great cashier experience also.
