Simply the best, especially for produce, meats and seafood. The bakery is extraordinary and they have a great health and wellness section. The employees are so amazingly helpful and friendly. I am a huge fan!!

Wow, such an amazing experience! I had only been here with my brother-in law prior. Not only is all their produce delicious, good priced, also, kind staff! Everyone was helpful, everyone greeted me, even had some time to talk to Chris one of the managers. They actually care and will assist you with anything. Please support this lovely store, they even have samples for you to try! I’m originally from NY, so I was so excited to see fresh local produce, you can buy so much here. Local honey, fresh seafood, and, even fresh ice cream.

I never knew markets like this still existed. The warmth from everyone in each department was so genuine it was too good to be true. I was so impressed with the quality and appearance of the produce and seafood departments. The store was clean, quiet and well stocked. So glad I live within a reasonable distance. Parking lot was also immaculate. Storefront was welcoming in appearance. A hidden gem. Hats off to Leroy for the charming welcomes.

I can’t explain how excited I get when I go to shopping at this market. I got the best sea food specials, the guys at meat area are the best always friendly and helpful never rushing you even when they are super busy.

The gentleman that helped me tonight around 6pm was so sweet! Very helpful. I ordered 2lbs. of mussels, he made sure to examine each one as he bagged them up for me. Checking for good/bad ones. Nothing like spending your money on some expensive seafood & going home to cook it, then to find out its all bad/unedible. He should get employee of the month in my opinion.

The absolute best place around for fresh food! The produce is local, fresh and cheap. The variety of fruits and vegies is remarkable. We try some new fruit every time we go. We even made chocolate from a cacao fruit we got there. The fish market is fresh and cheap with a great selection. The butcher shop is the same. The deli is wonderful and their subs are fantastic. Head over to the bakery and you will find so many made from scratch desserts! The wellness section always has great sales and you can find just about anything healthy you are looking for. Hard to find local eggs are a steal in the dairy isle. Before you leave you must try their ice cream. Oh my, the praline pecan is amazing. The staff here is friendly, very knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions. Be sure to follow these guys on Instagram as they are always posting about specials!

I LOVE this store. They ALWAYS have amazing fruit and vegetables and always something on special. I love walking around and filling a cart when really I went in for one banana! They have the most fantastic chocolates, loose and at a comically cheap price. They're amazing, don't tell anyone! They have loads of flavours of ice cream and now sell two sizes of coffee. I heart this store the most. ❤

Homemade goodness! An affordable assortment of organic products and products from grocery, personal care, seafood, meats, cheeses. Wholesome homemade soups, deli, yogurts, sandwiches, nut butters, jams, sides, etc. perfect place to swing by on the way to the beach for the perfect picnic lunch. Don’t forget to swing by the smoothie bar and the homemade ice cream can’t be beat (or the free ice cream cone on your birthday!!). Helpful staff throughout the store. Enjoy!!

Wow. Way more of a selection than we were expecting. This is a full service grocery store not just farm market. Produce Ive never seen up in PA. We got the best mandarin oranges to bring home. The prices were half of what we saw at Publix or the gourmet markets.

We stopped in for some groceries and sandwiches and Ryan at the sandwich counter was outstanding. He went far above the call of duty with our 2 year old son, and made the entire experience of ordering his food very special and memorable. People like Ryan are the value that makes customers like ourselves become regular patrons. Thanks Ryan!

Detwiler's Farm Market on top of the food shopping pyramid. Pumpkin pie 6 or 8 inch, all natural ingredients. The crust is thin, yet does not fall apart, as I can hold the whole pie in my hand, and enjoy. Check the garbage stuff Publix puts in their pies and cakes. Pumpkin bread was all natural and yummy. Large Bavarian pretzels available for only $4. Pure peanut butter made with only dry roasted peanuts, and nothing else. So much variety in this store, and very fair pricing, with some good deals. Ice cream counter, with many flavors, is hard scooped from large buckets. Wish they did soft serve from a machine. Plenty of free parking at this location. Miller's Dutch Haus Furniture next door. Metro Diner is nearby for good eats. Will bring a large cooler to store perishables for long ride home next time. I would move here to Sarasota just for Detwiler's if I could.

New Detwiler's in West Bradenton. Looks twice the size of rest in area... Fresh donut shop, Fire cooked pizza, ice cream, deli, meat butcher, and sub shop ALL IN ONE. Definitely going there again next Saturday!!

This is a place you have to visit if you go to Sarasota Fl. We love browsing the unique products in the market. There is always a big selection of fresh local fruits and vegetables along with a fresh cold cuts bar with fresh meats and tons of seafood. The strawberries are fat ,juicy, and local. You can find jellies and jams along with cheeses from around the world. If you love food this is heaven on earth.

Love this market, beautiful meat, seafood, produce, everything is top notch and friendly and polite service every time. You won't be disappointed if you go!

Detwilers has my all time favorite coffee, seen here. Frickin' Awesome white coffee has a tiny touch of a nutty flavor to it and when I add my Original Silk Soy Milk to it, it's... well, yeah. Frickin' Awesome!

They also have the freshest fruits and vegetables this side of the farmer's table, and THE best salsa ever. Once in a while you can find the coolest rare fruits or vegetables, like, sometimes they have cocoa beans... The actual fresh bean! So you can make your own chocolate! How cool is that?

They have what I call the "you better eat it today or it's gonna go bad" sale stuff that is usually quality fruits and veggies that just need to be eaten right away. They don't wait until it's rotten to put it there. I got these AWESOME apricots there (pictured) that were perfectly ripe and the size of peaches! They sold them in a big pack of them, but I just cut them up and enjoyed them that day, then dried what I didn't eat in my dehydrator. They turned out perfect.

The sub sandwiches they make are the best, better than Publix! I hear the lobster roll is worth the money, but I'm a kosher veg head, so I wouldn't know. Add the bakery on to the sandwiches, and I'll follow you anywhere, Detweilers. Your blueberry and Morning Glory muffins are heaven. Oh, and your heaven bars - drool. And your chocolate chip cookies! Oh my! Cinnamon rolls, Danish, pumpkin bread, brownies, you name it they make it deliciously. And you get $1 off day old bakery.
