I usually don't review stuff but I felt like making an exception after what I have experienced today. I went to mobil on country club drive and monterey to get my car smoged and the car techs there just staired at me like I was a piece of trash to them. I asked to get my car smoged and the way they answered my questions were like they were annoyed that I was asking for their services. After this I just left and don't plan on ever coming back. The customer service at this place was APPALLING! This place is by far the worst place I have ever been at and I don't recommend anyone to come here to get their car serviced. If I could give this place a negative five rating I would.

They are always conveniently in the bathroom when I come in after 7. “Back in five minutes” sign never specifying exactly when five minutes will be over. better service anywhere else
