I was having problems with my cell phone and decided to go there instead of Verizon store. Their employees are always knowledgeable and will take the time to answer questions. They're also friendly, which I appreciate and I didn't have to wait an hour

I went in to Best Buy prepared to purchase a new cell phone. Courtland assisted me and got my old phone running very quickly. He is very proessional and knows what he's doing! I will be buying my next phone at Best Buy Palm Desert 100%

Needed something for my phone, was walking around to see what else I might 'need' while I was there. Was greeted by 5 different (male) employees. Two gave me incorrect info on what I was buying, one man-splained what I was buying to me, and two were courteous and informative without being condescending and helpful. Limited involvement with the store... Got a decent deal on a refrigerator online, picked it up at the door, where they kindly loaded it onto my trailer for me. Square deal, couldn't ask for more at this point.

Daleon and Colin provided upmost customer service as I walked thru the door and made me feel comfortable right away. The computer manager Michelle has great listening skills and made me a great recommendation on my new Bluetooth headset for working out. I got the under armour JBL cant wait to hit the trails now.

If there is such a thing as a rock star at Best Buy it is Michael Peterson in the appliance department. Michael has helped us with the purchase of a tv and all new appliances for our newly remodeled condo. For someone so young, he is an encyclopedia when it comes to features on appliances and what each item may do or work with your project. He has also done some deep detective work to locate an easier to open microwave for my mom who has very bad arthritis in her hands and has trouble opening her existing microwave. On top of Michael’s knowledge, his follow through and customer service is top notch. It has been a long time since I have received customer service from an employee of a big box store in a long time.

Michael you are a gem and one in a million. I hope you manager will see this message and acknowledge your level of work. Thank you for all you have done for me.
