Came here today to look for Crinkle material. I spoke the Ana and she apologized for not carrying that product. Its not her fault. Ana had a pleasant attitude. I decided to walk around the store and bought a few things. They were working really hard trying to get the merchandise out of the back and on the floor. But they never sacrificed there customer service. What a great team I want to say THANK YOU for being AMAZING!!!

Popped into Michael's with the little ones for some shopping, and to our pleasant surprise, we stumbled upon a complimentary activity class for the whole family! The joy of crafting friendship bracelets together made our day. Their staff went the extra mile, even fetching a few items from the store floor to help us finish our creations. An unexpected and delightful experience! Highly recommend for family-friendly fun!

This Michael's location is ALWAYS so neat and orderly. When the checkout line is long, they always do their best to move it out as quick as possible!

This store is well stocked, with great customer service and clean throughout. This is a handicap
friendly establishment.

Love my arts and crafts and for flowers for wedding bouquets it's always the place to go, only wish they had had the bridal bouquet handles. But I found everything else I needed to go from a pile of pretty flowers to six bridesmaids bouquets one matron of honor bouquet a bridal bouquet with a throw bouquet.

I was looking for a poster frame and the ad said it was 50% off. However I did not notice that that was online only when I went in. The manager was so very nice and gave me the 50% off anyway. I would always recommend Michael's to everyone!

Super clean and organized store. Got some Halloween goodies on their 60% off sale. Employees are super friendly which is welcome! I know the pandemic has been hard on everyone so it's nice to interact with people that haven't lost their humanity.

Extremely helpful and patient. Particularly when they caught me making out with my girlfriend, or tripping over stuff because I was staring at her sweet body. What else would I be doing at Michaels?

Always a coupon, either in the store or on your phone. I'm not that crafty, but when I am, I love to go to Michael's for my crafts needs.

I went to pick up some markers for my son that he really wanted. We were shopping all day and I was using Apple Pay at every store no problem. I went to Michaels in Palm Desert for our last stop. The markers were originally $75 but were on sale for $39! I grabbed a few more things and we headed to pay. When I get to the register they tell me unfortunately they don’t have Apple Pay. I only had about $30 cash and my total was close to $70! One of the associates in the store said “ don’t worry about it. I’ll pay for it.” Me and my son were shook over his generosity. His name was Connor. He paid for the remaining of our total and I wanted for corporate to know what a great employee they have. My son told his classmates about his kindness as well as all our friends! Connor definitely made our day!

I gave Michaels a 5 star indeed because it has anything I would need there, amazing craft store in general. Tons of crafts for everyone, even the kids! It's a great place for decoration also. It has many fabrics, clothing, stickers and way more. And that's not only it, almost half the time there are amazing deals. And there employees are so welcoming and nice, they can help you with any problems you have in the store. Definitely a to-go if you need art supplies for the family, it is the best decision to get art supplies, activities , paint brushes, watercolors etc. Definitely a five ⭐ for me.

They have a great selection of seasonal items. As well as many other things. Picture frames, drawing supplies etc. And so much more. There are many wonderful decorating ideas too.
