I’ve always had good experiences at this location. Employees are friendly and always offering to help. Today, John went above and beyond with a great attitude. So thankful this is my store!

This location has a great selection of products and the associates are knowledge and friendly.

A young man named Robert went above and beyond the norm and helped me find the fire starter that I was looking for. I really appreciated his help.

I wanted to recognize 2 employees who were extremely helpful: Olivia was so kind and helpful in assisting in locating an item. Sam at checkout went above and beyond helping us checkout with gift cards and discounts. Amazing employees

Ben did a great job multitasking and helping us and other customers successfully.

I had the best time shopping there today. I had a very nice person to help me get the right item. We both read the boxes and found the best deal. She took a lot of time helping me. It felt like she had all the time for me.
Then I had such a friendly person checking me out. They all seemed to generally enjoy bring there to help.

A gentleman went above and beyond. I wish I got his name. He not only took the lift up to take the last inflatable down, boxed it all up, and walked me to the register to save me a few bucks as it was the display.

After 6pm on a weeknight and the customer service was top notch.

They had what I needed, and it was easy to find. Staff offered help, but I'd already found the items. And, I love the quick self-checkout.

Doug in plumbing is so helpful! We were in there yesterday and were lost on what yto get exactly and doug knew what we needed and walked us to 2 aisles helping us get the right materials. Doug is a very nice man.

I love Lowe's. I really appreciate their corporate culture. They hire lots of veterans and give discounts to veteran customers. Their employees are knowledgeable and eager to help you. If I was going to build a new house from scratch I would go to Lowe's and spend many hours going all through the store looking at all the beautiful things there that I could use like lighting, flooring, siding, etc.

Lowes Mason Store is a nice place to buy your building supplies. The store is well kept and well stocked. The particular power tools and hand tools are in stock. And the selection of wood in stock is in excellent condition.

Chris in Home Decor was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I had the best customer service in garden center from Matt. He was very friendly on the phone and loaded 20 bags of pea gravel like it was nothing !!! He looked up.prices for me on some Adirondack chairs and really went the extra mile. I was very impressed with his customer service!! Excellent job!!

I made an online purchase at Lowe's in the evening, and it was available for pickup the following morning. When I picked it up a couple of days later, the order was retrieved quickly and was correct, and the cashiers were very friendly. I needed the pieces of wood I had purchased cut to specific lengths, and although the wood cutting machine was out of service, two very nice employees proceeded to cut my wood with a hand saw. Thank you so much!

LED lights for less than $5. Great deal!

Always had good luck with the home Depot, I swapped from Lowe's when a Lowe's employee stole cash from a transaction I paid half on a card. I have been happy with the home Depot for years and not ever had a issue in anyway. The warranty system is awesome if ever needed. Thank you

Lowe’s is my go to destination for last second material purchases. They always have what we need and are way more convenient th as n going to the distributor!
