AT&T Store

I had the utmost pleasure of being helped by Ben while purchasing my new Apple Watch. After speaking with several AT&T stores, Ben’s customer service skills stood out. Ben is extremely helpful, he is very well clear and well spoken. Ben is very knowledgeable and insightful regarding all things to do with my AT&T plan, services, and devices. Not only did Ben provide stellar customer service, but he also made my purchase experience very delightful. Ben also looked for ways to help me save on my plan and took the time to give me a thorough explanation on how I can go about saving money on my bill. I highly recommend Ben and the Newton AT&T store to anyone who wishes to enjoy great customer service at the level that I did!

Ben is the best sales associate in AT&T history. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for even when I did not know myself what I was looking for. I was able to get an upgrade on the same day as I walked in. I would recommend all of my friends and family with phone issues to ask Ben at AT&T in newton about their mobile devices. 10/10 will be back again. I loved my experience.

Don’t you hate going to get a new phone ? It is like buying a new car it takes forever !!!
I had to go get my son a new phone today and dreaded it .
Until I got there ! The store is all nice and redone since I was there last it’s clean and bright 3 gentlemen greeted us when we walked in. Everyone was so nice and I had 3 teenagers with me who are loud and annoying 😂
The guys were so kind and very informative. Benjamin and Al worked with me they showed me every option I had. You know that feeling of getting ripped off and you just don’t think you can help it ? I did not feel that way for a second ! They explained everything to me we looked at my bill and they showed me everything I get charged for and I ended up getting a new phone myself too! For an awesome price.
Ben was teaching Al ( who was a newer employee ) while he was helping us he was so kind to his co-worker while teaching him . They were very professional and so educated on everything!
I was there less than a hour !!!! In the past it’s taken hours to get a phone !
I’m so happy I went there today and I’ve already told everyone to go there and to switch to AT&T ! There was a third gentleman there I unfortunately didn’t get his name he was helping someone else most of the time but when he wasn’t he was also talking and helping us he was also amazing!

Great customer and technical service. Seamless transaction to transfer from another carrier. Mo, our salesperson, helped to get us set up with our new phones and didn't try to force me into any plans I didn't want. Definitely recommend!

Brandon was very helpful. He helped us with reducing the bill by adding more services. We got new iPhone 14 pro on Mother’s Day when he was ready to close the store. Extremely pleased with his customer service. Would highly recommend him.

Brandon at the AT&T store was awesome!! He helped us upgrade my mother-in-law to a newer phone plus he was able to save my husband and I some money each month on our AT&T bill. We even signed up for Direct TV. We have been looking for better options than Cablevision and the Direct TV package we got was what we were looking for but didn’t even know it! Now we can get rid of our cablevision cable and save even more money. Thanks Brandon!!

I stopped in here a few weeks ago after a looooong, unsuccessful night at the Apple Store the day before. Brendan was kind and helped me figure out how to optimize my spend and explained what the best deal for me and my family was! He was super knowledgeable and very attentive. I would recommend paying them a visit any day - thank you!!!

I would like to start this review by saying I went into this store not wanting to change providers. My wife was doing her best to find a good deal. She met with Brandon separately but she said he was professional and helpful. So when I finally went to the store, Brandon was as described but he never put on the sales pitch. He quickly explained the process and the savings then let me look at phone options without any pressure. I got the phone I wanted and the typically tedious process of changing phones, data/info transfers and ultimately carriers was quick and painless.
