AT&T Store

Michelle and Charles were beyond helpful this evening and trust me we had tons of questions. They took their time explaining everything to my son about his new phone and he left so happy!! Thanks for your time and patience. The South Haven AT&T store is clean, organized and they have wonderful customer service, keep up the great work!!

We upgraded an older iPhone at the South Haven ATT location. From the moment we walked in the door our experience was extremely satisfying. I could go on and on but let me say that Cassie walked us through the entire purchase transaction like a pro. Every question answered and every detail covered. Спасибо Cassie!

Shout out to both Eloy and Brianna for outstanding, above-and-beyond helpful service with my new iPhone on 9/19/23 in the South Haven AT&T store. Since it was my last day in town, I needed a quick turnaround getting my very old iPhone 6 transferred over to my new 14 Pro. Confronted with several technical challenges getting the transfer to work, both Eloy & Brianna worked tirelessly to troubleshoot and complete the new phone transfer/setup in time and got me on my way in great shape. I LOVE my new phone and can’t thank Eloy & Brianna enough for their excellent customer service!

Outstanding customer service. Charles mgr., Michell customer service & Justine district manager. Unbelievable service from all three to resolve a porting issue from Frontier to AT&T. It was a pleasure having competent professionals working with and for the customer.

I was a loyal customer with another network for years but after walking into the South Haven AT&T, I not only left with a brand new iPhone but a better affordable phone plan for me and my family. The customer service was beyond exceptional and I've referred all my family and friends in the South Haven area.

These ladies are the best they helped me out so much I was able to get everything I needed. Before Christmas I would recommend this location before any location all three of them were sweet and had great conversations. Charles, the manager, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was staying at a campground nearby, which did not have enough service to allow my new phone to completely install the apps. He allowed me to sign onto the ATT wifi network at his store to complete my upgrade process.

*not everyone in the store was welcoming, so ask for Charles!!

The gal Michelle was knowledgeable and helped take care of me. Excellent service will continue coming back
