Tracy is the absolute best. Was in 7/19 to get new shoes for my 4 year old, Tobias. We walk in, do our normal browsing thing and Tracy came to help out and made it an EXPERIENCE for Tobias. Did the foot measure, asked him what some of his favorite colors were, said I'll be back. Comes back with a stack of shoes that he might be interested in. Sat down with him and tried on every pair of shoes. The patience, knowledge, kindness, and everything in between was hands down amazing. I was blown away. Tobias can't stop talking about it. Old School vibes with new age shoes. Normally shop online, but Tracy has definitely changed how I'll be shoe shopping for my kid. We will be back! Thank you, Tracy for being an amazing human. You rock!!

I never knew how important good-fitting shoes were until I started shopping here. The staff is amazing! When looking for a stylish pair of walking sandals for a European trip, they helped me try on so many sandals until I found the perfect one! Many others on the trip had blisters and sore feet, but not me!

I went here with my husband and daughter today for the first time and our experience was wonderful! The woman who ran the store was extremely helpful and kind, and was able to assist multiple customers at the same time with patience and ease! I left with 2 pairs of shoes, my daughter with 1 and my husband bought inserts for his shoes. She was very knowledgeable and really went above and beyond. Truly appreciate her letting me return one of the pairs i ordered after i tried them out walking to see if they worked for my knees or not. It is something special to have a kind small business owner nowadays and i’m so glad i made the drive out there.

When I entered the store the lady was already taking care of customers and let us know she would help us soon, gradually as more customers entered she spoke to each, continuing to wait on previous patrons, retrieved boxes of shoes, fitted people all without missing a beat. She was knowledgeable, upbeat, and took care of at least 5 of us at once. Great experience!

This is the way service should be! The owners of this business are the nicest and most knowledgeable people, they are so patient and honest even if that means they don’t make a sale! We have been buying shoes with them for years and we will continue for years to come!

If you want a decent selection of shoes with excellent service, this is the place to go. I try and buy all my shoes here. If they don't have what you want, they will order it for you or bend over backward trying to find it for you. Great customer service which you just cannot get elsewhere. Highly Recommend.

3/11/22: Extremely knowledgeable staff. NO BS to try to sell you shoes. I need arch support shoes for walking. They had 4 brands. True arch support, not manufacturer baloney. They were happy to bring out all they had to try on. Size 12.5 4EE. Extra wide and not easy to find. I got the Brooks brand. They feel great. A very good experience here.

What a "Wow" experience. The owner not only knew what she had in stock but where the glitch was in several supply chains. She also showed me a neat way to tie my tennies to help them fit better. So worth the trip

Wonderful shop. The woman working there was very helpful. It was crazy busy but she did an excellent job juggling all the customers and bringing out multiple pairs of show for me to try on. She even ordered a pair that she didnt have in stock so I could try them on. Will be back here any time I need new Keens.

Helpful, unique shoe store. My son needed black casual shoes for school. They had a great pair of Keen's in stock. He was measured and was able to run in them to see how they felt. Thanks for the great service.
