Love the store I’ve been coming here for the past few months. The service is amazing and I truly recommend this store for any of you’re smoking needs the employees know what they are talking about.

Went in to take a look while they were setting up and had a conversation about the stores history and their goals with the director of operations I believe her title was and she knew what she was talking about with 10 years of experience and a few employees she have that know what they’re talking about and gave me some good advice on the stuff I was interested in buying, would recommend to anyone of my friends family or acquaintances that are interested in smoking, vaping, or anything related. They have tons of glass, a cigar lounge, vape mods, tanks, coils, and even juuls, and disposables. Many interesting products inside, if you ever find yourself driving by I led suggest checking the store out it’s an amazing vape shop located in St. John’s. Finally don’t have to make a long drive to owosso or Lansing to get the stuff I want.

Never disappointed

I appreciate the girl on staff today 10/24/20 at around 3:00pm. She made it right and had great customer service! My bubbler that I just bought at 2:45 literally just came apart and after contacting her supervisor she switched it out. She went above and beyond and I just appreciate that especially with a place that has a sales final policy, she still made it right!

Prices are decent

Great pieces and service but I bought a piece here that I used 2 times broke and they would not give me a refund because I didn’t bring it back that day.

Feel like the prices were high

if I could I'd give 0 stars I would. this was a product out of the box wire system totally not attached unusable, they didnt give me a receipt and then wouldn't exchange it. thanks for stealing $20 of my money.
