Kohl's

I went here shopping for a lot of things, particularly clothes. I like this location, first of all, because it has spacious parking and quick and easy access. Second, is because it is not too crowded. There were a lot of people, but it was not crowded that much and the people were still practicing social distancing, which is really nice. Last but definitely not least, is that on that particular day I was able to buy a lot of wonderful items at such a reasonable price because most were on sale, and I was also able to buy a lot of good and interesting items from the clearance sale. I was really happy with the items I bought because I know for a fact that everything is of good quality. There are various brands inside, and those brands that the store has are all the best brands. The quality is great and I was able to get the items at such a great and reasonable price. I was just looking around when I found myself in the women’s section of a particular store, and I would definitely say that they have a good selection of clothes for women. I highly recommend this store. Aside from the good quality and reasonable prices, the selection in the women’s section is really amazing and it is definitely worth a visit as well. If you want to shop for clothes and other items, this place is a must.

It’s actually refreshing to have someone help you that goes out of their way. I was really having a bad day until I had my interaction with Kelly. She took extra time to help me out without the typical eye roll or bad attitude. This girl knows customer service. She helped me find what I needed and also made me laugh and brighten my day. I’m a manager and wouldn’t hesitate hiring her on. Good call hiring this good egg Kohl’s! Turned my whole day around!!!

Love that when you make an Amazon return you get a coupon for 15% off any items that day! Nice selection of 4T/5T clothing too.

Both Kelly and Karla went above and beyond! I need Sonoma t-shirts and the app said there were none available in store and Kelly walked halfway and found them! She walked me through all the available options and what would fit best. Then at check out both her and Karla were so incredibly kind and sweet! Karla happily rang up my orders separately and made sure I was earning my Kohl's points!

This Kohl's Store in Lemont , IL is organized and the staff are always friendly. I love shopping at this store because I always find what I need and more.

The employees were very helpful. Both when I was looking for a wide youth gym shoe and again when I was checking out. Yet we’re fabulous & friendly.

Kohl's is my favorite store for clothes for our whole family. That day, I was returning a couple items that I ordered online, because they were way too large, but everything else I ordered fit wonderfully. Of course while I was there, I picked up a few more items. Love Kohl's!

Always when I go to Kohls there are No Lines and I usually get everything I need. Also Jennifer the sales associate was Happy and Friendly and readily to assist, she also gave me 25% off my purchase. Get the truck!

Super easy to shop online, and curbside pickup was quick and easy. There are 4 designated "curbside" pickup parking spots in the lot. Waited less than 5 minutes for my order.

Though I didn't find placemats or towels in the color that I needed, the store was well organized at reasonable prices.

I was at this store today and almost fainted at check out. The employees were wonderful. I sat for about 20 minutes and they brought me water and food and ensured me that they would help with whatever I needed.

Didn't find what we were looking for, but the customer service was really good. Went over and above the call of duty in trying to help us. 5 stars for being friendly and helpful!

Amazing deals but you got to go in to the store and look!

Always friendly service. Even at the Amazon drop off. The lines have been MEGA long lately due to Covid-19, but I think that's everywhere. Love this store.
