Customer service is excellent, the optical department is excellent and convenient. Lisa that works in optical goes above and beyond to make sure any discounts that are allowed are applied.
One of the main reasons I shop this location is because the employees are so friendly and helpful. Lil is an excellent manager and is a very hard worker. I see her helping with carts, pickup orders and pull up orders. She deserves a raise. Just FYI.
One complaint is that they don't carry as much merchandise as other Target's so sometimes it's hit or miss on finding what you are in need of. Example. I need a black purse a few months back and there were only about 3 styles to choose from. Kohl's next door had even less of a selection. 🙄

I really like our Target. It's close to home and always has a great variety of most types of items. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Bianca was doing a great job multitasking doing pickup orders and she ran in when she saw me waiting at customer service and was very kind! Great to see these younger workers working hard!! I even herd one of the boys in the back say there were two call offs! Great job keeping it together tonight everyone way to work as a team!! Also big shoutout to the worker in Starbucks tonight what an excellent barista!

When I stopped in to get friends glasses a new screw to hold it together, I was GRATEFUL Lisa was working in the optical dept!!! She not only was able to fix the issue, but I was allowed to get my shopping done too! It was ready with a smile when I returned and I SMILED when I was told "No charge, just part of our customer service here. Glad to help." She even took a look at mine after asking if I needed anything.

I hope you are glad when you meet and deal with Lisa. I WAS!!! She really understands the importance of Customer Service!

We had two returns and were in and out very quickly even with the multiple items. Our returns associate was happy, but also quick and kind. A pleasure for us to deal with. Thank you.

I shop at this target often. I have always had a pleasant experience while shopping. The employees are very nice and helpful. I have two children and one being a very social 4 year old. The cashiers are always very nice to him and talk with him. The store is clean and well stocked. I can find what I need 99% of the time.

Kathleen was an huge help to me while checking out! Super friendly, very patient, exceptionally helpful. I was there on Christmas Eve, so I’m part of the problem why retail stores are open, but she was as nice as could be. She wins Christmas!

I cannot recommend using Target pick up. So often I struggle to get to the store and it tends to take so long to go shopping when I have the kids with me. Now I'm able to shop through the app, often times on my lunch at work, and pick it up before I even get home. I'm so grateful for this option to shop!

hi do any employees wanna marry me because istg i’ve talked to all of them and i love them all. so much better than walmart too. employees respect you and barely get mad and the store itself is nicely organized with everything you need

Friendly but a little wait. Excellent pharmacist but she had me wait over 20 minutes after shot. Then I went to Willowbrook to pickup Rx. Shopping was a great experience in Lemont.

Everything was great. They had what I needed and the pick-up was fast. Associates were very nice.

This Target location is nice and clean. The staff is friendly. I was able to find everything that I needed which was out of stock at other locations.

Great price for fresh ribeye steak

They have everything I need (and obviously more lol) and I used drive up for the first time today and it was SO quick and convenient, especially for holiday shopping when you’re going to multiple stores and parking is a nightmare. Definitely recommend.

I had been calling around for weeks trying to find a ryans toy review mystery egg for christmas for my son. I called this location and spoke with kevin from electronics. He was so helpful he went and checked if the item was there and even told me he would put it up at guest services for me since my ride there was going to be around an hour and a half! Thanks for the help Kevin!!
