First time visiting in person, but I've been a long-time online customer. They did not disappoint!
A wonderful shop filled with loads of linen, threads, patterns, and beautifully completed models. With a large selection, there were literally rooms filled with amazing products.
The staff was incredibly helpful, and it was nice to finally be able to meet them and the owner in person. They've always been super helpful to deal with and we're even nicer in person.
I highly recommend this beautiful shop!

The ladies are very helpful and very knowledgeable. I haven't ever stitched before, but the ladies taught me tips and tricks. Everytime I go I learn so much more!

I placed my order on a Friday when the shop was closed due to their vacation time. I received an email the next day that they had received my order and it would be taken care of when they were in the shop on Monday. I received another email that the order had been pulled on that Monday and two days later I received the order. You literally can not do any better service than that. I was very impressed. Plus they carried a floss (Sullivans) that I had not been able to find at any of the places where I have shopped before.

I was quite enamored when I walked in the door. It is incredibly difficult to find cross stitch shops anywhere in this area. Imagine my surprise when I walked in and everything was cross stitch and to top that cupcake off the have genuinely knowledgeable staff and very very kind. The owner of the store is very hands on and friendly and makes you feel like she is welcoming you into her own home. I am going back there today and I am very excited.

Absolutely fabulous! I drove down from Milwaukee and the trip was much shorter than expected. The team there is absolutely wonderful. They helped me find each and every thing I needed. Products range from cross stitch patterns, to every specialty thread you can think of. Full selection of Mill Hill beads and lots of treasures. All the needed supplies for cross stitch oh and tons of dyed fabric ! Will definitely make this a regular stop.

Went in today and found the perfect shade of blue called Cadet in 14 count. This is for my next project called Happy Halloween. Thank you ladies. They are always so helpful. It's wonderful to have this store in our backyard so to speak.

It's so hard to find places that sell cross stitch charts and supplies. While The staff is super friendly and amazingly helpful. I felt comfortable there. I had gone to Canvasback before, twice, and just didn't feel at home there. This was an hour away from Chicago a bit further out than Canvasback, but I found it worth the trip. The range of charts available is wonderful with a full collection of holiday charts available ranging from easy beginning stuff to long term projects.

Wonderful! Great shop with huge selection of cross-stitch patterns, fabric, and notions. Shop owner was so helpful and friendly. If they don't have what you're looking for, they will try and order it for you. Can't wait to go back again.

Erica and Michelle are awesome. Erica is always looking out for her customers. She knows what they like. Michelle is always good for a laugh. Together the two of them always take great care of you. There is always a great selection of projects to choose from.

If you love cross stitch this is the place to go in Illinois! Owner very friendly and helpful. Call ahead for hours.
