This place is really great! I had been here before when it first opened and was under the old owner, they didn’t really have much. Today I came in and was greeted by a kind, welcoming and informative woman. She was awesome! I found out that she is the new owner. Now, instead of having a lack of supplies like the old store did, the new store is loaded with plenty of great options. From hemp wraps, vapes, glass, juice, you name, they got it. Plus, if there is something you want that they happen to not have, they will order it for you. I definitley recommend giving this place a try. It is in a great location, affordable and the people are so nice.

First time there, had lots of questions, and Ron was able to walk me through the different products, sizes quantity, etc., very easily. I was able to make a decision and purchase the product that a neighbor needed for inflammation. Will go again!

Great spot! The shopkeeper was very helpful, kind, and affable! I got everything I needed (papers, grinder, vape juice, vape pods, a pipe) and I was even offered a complimentary beverage on my way out! Definitely would return to this spot, pretty awesome experience. I have never had an Iron "Mike Tyson" Energy drink before! Pretty sweet to have an opportunity to try it. 🙂 Thanks for everything.

Outstanding Selection, Friendly Staff. My Go-To Store going forward.

The guy behind the counter approached me and asked what I was looking for, which was a harder to find vape that no other stores in the area had.

He was friendly and helped me find what i was looking for in one of their many cases. TONS of items for all kinds of tobacco, vape or other smoking needs.

After I had made my purchase, he even offered me a free drink from their cooler! I will be making this my go to store for any of these purchases going forward. Nice guy and refreshing to know that there are still shop runners who want to help and be friendly.

Every other Des Plaines store I went to I was essentially glared at until I bought something or left and NONE of them were as friendly as the gentlemen working the counter at City.

Looking forward to my next trip there!

Very nice staff willing to help you out. I have pain in my rotator cuff and he hooked me up with cbd bud which is actually bud u can smoke with just cbd (no thc) and gave me kratom to help with the pain also. Really nice guy. I highly suggest this place.

Has a great selection. Purchased the high hemp cigarettes and a few others. Very satisfied. Has more variety then other shops in the area. Friendly and knowledgeable. I will be going back again.
