This store deals with a giant surge of retirees. Somethings new out of there control have caused timing delays like I’m nit used to but they do a great job and showed me how to save over 500$ per month for my prescriptions my insurance doesn’t 100% cover. The manager in the pharmacy needs a raise. She is awesome

Excellent customer service. This was my first time coming to this location. I do not understand what some of the bad reviews are about. Luke and his employee he was training were extremely professional and kind. I witnessed them being kind and helpful to customers, helping each other, and in general providing quick and efficient service. Thank you for a wonderful team that truly cares about their customers!

Nice clean store, products plentiful and easily accessible. Three people were in front of us, but the cashier took it all in stride with a smile, professionalism and courtesy. She even wished us a safe and happy 4th of July.

Helpful employees & clean, organized & well stocked shelves

I've always had a very positive experience shopping at the Fairhope Ave. Walgreens. The employees are always very nice and helpful, but my recent experience prompted me to take the time to write this review. I was looking for bar soap that contains zinc.

Katie, the young lady who assisted me went way above and beyond her duty to help me. While I was in the store, she looked in the store and online in an attempt to find the soap. When she found no immediate options, she asked that I call her in a few days so she could do some research. She found that zinc soap manufacturers are having production issues resulting in long backorder times, but that zinc supplements and sunscreen products were not impacted. She is now working with her manager to identify any special ordering options. I greatly appreciate Katie's kindness and genuine desire to help.

Katie in the beauty department is so kind and helpful. She always helps me find the ride shade/color of makeup. She also always goes above and beyond when I need help. She is the reason I continue to shop there, because it's nice to know I will get the help I need and be treated kindly while getting it!

Lots of items but doesn't always have online items

The store was clean, stocked, staff was great as always, I get checked out relatively fast every time I go. I have no idea why this place has such bad reviews. I go here fairly often, as it's very convenient, and I've never had issues!

Haven't dealt with the pharmacy, but the cashiers are always very helpful as well as friendly as is the manager who has gone out of his way to help me with some OTC items. Very much appreciated.

Had a great experience here when I came in to get my passport photo done. They were fast, friendly, and very professional.
