Great store for well priced stuff. The manager was so polite. She assured us if we needed any help to let her know. I think her name was Casey. She definitely runs a great store!

The staff are very courteous & helpful. There is always those items not found hardly anywhere else. They had the rest of their Christmas items at 90% off. We got some very good deals today.

My name is Robert right. I am a big big lot customer. I want to give a shout out to miss Kathy For her great customer service. I received a defective pair of Bluetooth headsets for Christmas and had to return them. I did not have the receipt Saturday morning before New Year. Miss Kathy was extremely busy But she did not hesitate to give me a warm smile And helped me exchange my headsets. She made sure that I had the right PairAnd thank me for my business.I have had a lot of hassles Returning items for Christmas at other places. But my experience that Saturday morning is one I will never forget.

I had a code for 15% of my purchase. I thought that it was good for, both, in-store and on-line. Nope... So I tried to order it on-line while at the store but the recliner wasn't showing up in stock(even though it was). Casey, the Manager (I think), did the math and priced the recliner at the 15% off price. Very friendly and helpful associates.

This is our go to store to get unique food items. I go in just to see what they have. The staff is always friendly and very helpful.

This place has so many neat things

They have a takeout buffet bar that is great. They also carry a huge selection of wine. Great selection of groceries and a very nice produce section. Fresh seafood is available as well.

great retail establishment, clean and inexpensive

Clay and Lisa went above and beyond for my husband and I today. We purchased a sectional set and they were very helpful with the process and getting everything loaded up so we could beat the rain getting home. Highly recommend due to the great service we received. Thank you Clay and Lisa.

My kids favorite place

The new store manager, Tina, went above and beyond what is typically expected. I had been waiting for a month or so to have something mailed to me due to an error at checkout. She called me to let me know that she noticed it and wanted to bring it to me. She went 45-60 minutes out of her way to bring it to me. She had no idea that the reason I couldn’t come pick it up is because I have a medical condition that limits me to daily activity. Big Lots in Fairhope is lucky to have a loyal and dedicated employee. Thank you, Tina. Welcome to Fairhope!!

I love this store. Big Lots has a little bit of everything. This location can have some real deals during end of season clearance.

Nice shopping center and store. The shelves was a little bare as the was in-between Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas all at one time.

Wow, this place is amazing. Lisa is very, very, very helpful in the furniture department. I highly recommend considering future furniture purchases at Big Lots. Tons of options to choose from, and OUTSTANDING customer service.
