I met the owner at one of his stores because I was having problems with my new vape I bought at another store. When we couldn't fix the problem he gave me a store credit to get something he knew would work! He provide a lot of great information while I was there. The guys at the alabaster store were very knowledgeable. They did great at helping me find the best thing for me. Even though I'm picky. BEST customer service in the business.

I love this store and the staff there. My fiance and I go to a few of the shops around Hoover/Pelham/Alabaster and while it's the smaller of the stores, it is by far our favorite. The guys in there are great, knowledgeable and just genuinely nice guys. When my equipment broke, they helped me with the warranty, getting a replacement and got me through until my replacement came. The discount program is better than other stores' programs. Might not be as big as some of the other stores, but the staff and discounts make it awesome.

First of all, these were the nicest people that you could find! My husband does not use the product and he commented on how helpful they were.
They just opened, but have a good stock and samples are abundant. If this helps people enjoy the taste and not smoke tobacco, then I see it as a positive.
Visit as a customer or just to say hello and you will see how friendly it is.

Simple yet professional atmosphere. You don't see teens lingering around and causing trouble like at Dixie Vape across the road. Patient staff who have lots of knowledge on vaping and don't hesitate to answer questions. They also have a good promotions almost every week.

This is an amazing vape shop. I just went in to pick up a tank (I've always used drippers) and Keaton was exceptionally helpful and really helped me pick out the right product for me. I have been in here 2 or 3 times and have received very good service every time. Their prices are pretty good too. Will recommend to friends, thanks Vape Escape!

I love the convenience of having a shop literally .4 miles away from home, prices are NOT the best but it beats having to drive to Pelham, Hoover, Helena, etc etc. I have gotten to know the associates quite well and they already know what I need before I even get to the checkout counter. Keep it up John ! Try and get some cheaper juices though ;)

Great group of guys at this business here at the Alabaster Vape Escape. Very patient when it comes to helping with me buying juices and mods. This is what keeps bringing me back. Now they stay open later which is really convenient. Two year loyal customer!

These people are always nice no matter which location you go to. I wish they was not giving up the PinUp Vapors brand just over a few dollars. I think losing a few dollars just to keep my customers would be well worth it. I know this from experience from running a business myself. So if they want to lose customers just because they aren't making as much profit then so be it. They really aren't losing money just not making as much per bottle. I call that greed and God doesn't like greed.

This is the best store I've ever been to. I don't just mean the best vape store. This is the best store ever. I've never been in a place of business that was so inviting, informative and helpful. The staff is amazing. They go far out of their way to make you happy. Their selection of juices isn't huge but they seem to have been cherry picked because I find I like the majority of their selection. I've been to other stores that have an enormous selection but by the time I tried countless juices I realized I only liked a handful of their flavors. Their prices are not the best but are competitive to other brick and mortar stores. If you know what you want and don't mind waiting, get it online - it'll always be cheaper. But if you want to try juices first or get firsthand, honest, information on tanks and mods this is the place to go. They give honest advice and information about their products. If there is a flaw with a tank, like it's known to leak, they will tell you up front. They have one of the best discount programs around. Every $100 you spend you receive a $7.99 credit on your next purchase. They also offer 50% off juice when you sign up for their texting program. This isn't so they can blow your phone up with useless junk. They'll just occasionally send you a text when they're having a big sale, like on Black Friday. This store has been around for a few years and I use to avoid it when I quit smoking even though it is near my house. This was because they had a crummy staff that was unknowledgeable, unfriendly and even judgemental at times. I'm glad I gave them another chance. I go there almost daily now. Now there isn't a single employee there that I'm not happy to do business with. So if you've never been to this store or if it's been a while, try it out. You won't be disappointed.

I had the best of service here! I am not a friend or acquaintance of anyone here, I live in Bibb County and was trying to do business in Montevallo and had the worst service of all. I got all of my questions answered here and they helped a "noob" work out the kinks of what I was doing wrong. I will spend my money here as long as the service stays like it is. I have no problems paying a little more for a good experience. Than you!

Love the store and employees always helpful and friendly the one and only downfall I can find is the lack of new juices coming through the doors seem to only stick with a select few company's but other than that A+ would recommend y'all to anybody
