AT&T Store

My experience at this AT&T store was amazing! I worked with Todd and he was great! He was very helpful and polite. He was knowledgeable and concise. He seemed very refined and accomplished, terse even! He had a cheery attitude like Santa. Very happy with my experience at this store!

I needed a new phone so I went to my closest AT&T store hoping to avoid the usual long visit to buy a new phone. Noah, my salesperson, was helpful and efficient. He got the phone set up and working before I left. I was out of there in
less than an hour with a good deal, adjustments to my plan that he recommended that save money and a new phone in a case with a screen saver already placed! Noah was helpful, friendly and professional. Great AT&T representative!

I recently switched from Verizon to AT&T and Brad & Noah were very helpful with the switch over! They spent hours helping us and were so nice! I would highly recommend going to this store for your cellphone needs!

Courtney was the most helpful sales representative I have ever encountered. She was knowledgeable of the services/products/plans offered and walked me through the pros and cons of each. Warm and engaging, she greeted me within seconds of walking through the door and gave me her undivided attention the entire time. She renewed my faith in AT&T and will now be my "go to" moving forward. Amazing service.

We were assisted by Emerald today and she did an amazing job. She is customer focused and really took the time to listen. My husband and I left the store knowing exactly how to proceed! She is the best!

Awesome and excellent service! I cannot ask for better representatives in store reps! They are fast and convenient and they definitely go out of their way to make sure that you are taken care of. Mark even lowered our bill and bundle all of our services together and we have consolidated three bills NT1 and switched over our cell phone provider To bundle all of our services and get a cheaper rate and everything is exactly what they say. No hidden fees and everything. Many of the fees are waived and they promise you what they say when you get exactly what is said. This is the best service that I’ve ever had ever yet. I will never ever change cell phone carriers for me and my family because this fits all of our needs and wants. We have brand new phones and a much cheaper bill for all three bills that we are bundling. We are saving money and getting new phones at the same time! How can you beat that?!?!? I cannot say enough and I wish I could write more on this review but I would be going on and on and on for a long time, but I just want to let all of the new customers know that the service has been amazing and I do highly recommend them. Mark has been everything that he says that he is anymore or customer service and making you feel pump. Please go see this man to get the best service. He is fast, very nice and represents his company very well! I gave him a 10 stars out of five! Thank you again Mark and the crew! I will be returning for more service to be provided in the future for our new phones and accessories and any upgrades that we may want to make then and that we do want to make now! Thanks again!

The manager, Mark, was exceptional! He guided us to the perfect plan, keeping our budget in mind, without being pushy. He was attentive, pleasant, and professional! We received top-level customer assistance.

The AT&T store in Fairhope is amazing. They are very welcoming and always willing to help in any way! You should ask for Kevin, though. He is so helpful. My screen was cracked, and he helped me manage my iCloud storage so that I could get to my photos as well as find a replacement phone while I wait for my phone screen to get fixed. Truly a saint! :)

I walked into the Fairhope AT&T store today on Greeno Road, feeling and obviously looking very disgruntled. A young store employee named Tyler walked up to me and said “we can fix it.“ How intuitive! I have three new phones, one with a problem, and he took care of absolutely everything. Kevin, another employee joined Tyler later, and the two of them finished off getting my phones up and running. I was impressed with the attitude and the service and I would like to thank Tyler and Kevin for a good experience at the Fairhope AT&T store today.

I went in today to have the data transferred from my old phone to my new phone. My old phone had water damage and was permanently stuck in Safe Mode. This problem made it much harder to transfer data because the needed app couldn't be downloaded. Tyler Birch persevered, trying several methods, until he got everything transferred, plus he waived the cost of the new SIM card because I "was so patient and nice."

The Retail Consultant, Miryah, was so patient with us “older” people who were experiencing technical difficulties. Her fingers flew over the screen with ease, yet she slowed down and explained things that were confusing to us. This is one of the reasons I stay with AT&T , because the support outshines other mobile services.

No matter what kind of phone you've had, of you aren't seeing Tyler Birch for all of your phone needs, you're doing yourself a huge disservice.
I was having several problems with my Nokia and as Tyler was fixing the phone I rooks him how much I hated my unfriendly phone and he showed me how I could get the brand new S20 at an affordable price AND with the feature I most need-a GREAT CAMERA.

Very friendly and knowledgeable young gentleman at AT&T office in Fairhope.
He was by himself on Thursday morning and had quite a few customers waiting for service.
