The supervisor of lumber and loading, his name is Brian, he took my cart and helped me load up my plywood and my wood for my fence in my cart and was very respectful, and then to the cashier Jasmine she was very respectful and nice. The two guys that helped me load up my truck. I don’t know their names, but those two young gentlemen helped me and load up my truck with no issue were very nice and respectful to me as well. I just want to say thank you to Home Depot for great customer service; into today’s world caring about giving good customer service to anyone isn’t important, but this experience really made me feel good today about bringing back some humanity because it was very nice and I really appreciate their respectful and professionalism. The manager Zack I talked to he didn’t know where my conversation was going and he listened and then realized it was a thank you and not a complaint. He was very professional too. Thank you very much to the team at Home Depot!

Amber Lexi and El... PRO TEAM girls... 6:30am with a smile and helpfulness, unmatch by anyone I've ever seen in the big box store industry... Absolutely all 3 ready to make it happen to make a customer get the day going that early is A+++++++ in my book... They found what I needed, ran and got them... These girls, at 6:30 am can teach us all a lesson in how to treat others... You girls rock...

We came for the kids workshop and we loved it, it is a great way of expanding our children’s imagination and problem solving skills

This is for the Cooper Street store in Arlington.
I went to two Home Depot stores. First one was on Bridgewood and did not have what I sought so I will spare ragging on about that! I have to note that the two Store Associates that helped me were great.
Since the Home Depot app said the batteries for my Ryobi One drill were in stock at the Cooper location I drove there and Store Associate Roger Rules! He ask me if I needed help, I told him what I needed and he got that "stairway to Heaven" ladder in which he climbed up to get my batteries.
Great price on these 4AmpHour batteries! I got two of them for less than the price of one @ $79.
Now I can run my drill without worry.

Had ordered items at another store for pickup but was notified via phone they were not actually available. Was told items could be purchased at south Arlington. I was helped by a very knowledgeable and helpful associate named Chase. The items were not readily visible however he took the time to locate in the top stock shelves.Great example of excellent customer service. Thanks Chase for your help

Seems bigger than most of the home depots that I've been to also is very clean extremely well organized and there were lots and lots of staff members if you had any questions. Self checkout and regular checkout registers were available at this location

I spend $250,000.to $300,000. at your store annually never got the help from other associates as much as from this young Lady at the pro desk, her name is Marilyn (didn’t ask for her last name but she said she is the only Marilyn), she was very Professional and helpful to correct my account.that I been trying to fix for a long time, She’s a great asset to your company highly recommended employee.

I stopped in this morning planning on renting a chainsaw. I went to the rental department and talked to Rodney, and after a short conversation he told me to bring my chainsaw into the store for him to take a look at it. He said that the chain was on backwards. He put it on the right way and saved me alot of money. Rodney, and Rob, are really great guy's and know their stuff! Home Depot on south Cooper!

Their staff are friendly, they’ve gone out of their way multiple times to help me with tool returns and exchanges as needed. I don’t blame them for any tool breakdowns, a lot of the materials being subbed out right now are just cheap even though you pay a high price tag. But their aware and they will make it right for their customers.

Great clearance racks for paint and raw materials as well for any fun weekend side projects you might do as well!

I'm thanking Mike M. for going above & beyond in helping me. I needed two 5' steel poles & none were in the bin. He could have just said, "sorry". Instead, he looked up the product, went to get a ladder & got my 2 poles. They were stored very high up. The ladder was not near by. I rea)y needed these so TY Mike!😌👍👋

Great customer service! They even found what I needed in another branch! Very efficient!

A dog friendly store. I was able to find employees to direct me to the products I wanted. Lumber is what it is: I had to sort through the stacks to find what I needed. Lumber is a commodity and what works for you may not be what I need. They don't pressure you to speed up or get out of the way so you can choose the boards that are right for your project.

The lady was so very helpful. Took me to what I needed even though it wasn't her department. That's the Home Depot I will be going to from now on.
