Everything was great! The employees were clearly video game fans, and were guiding us about what game we should get, and they were clearly happy to be working there. Couldn’t ask for a better GameStop experience!

The staff is always in a good mood and that's all that matters to me. They're very knowledgeable and I appreciate it because I'm not technology savvy and I don't know what my kids are talking about. The staff is always there to help me.

Went there today to pick-up a Switch controller. The associate who worked there was the nicest girl. The service was superb. Really wished they can answer the phone.

Courtney (I hope that's the spelling) was really helpful! We had a few questions about two different editions of Gears 5, she answered them very knowledgeably! When we went to checkout, she told us she had a used version for cheaper, so we opted for that! Then when we noticed it was priced higher than the one we brought to the register, she looked at the original one and apologized as it had been miss marked, burbshe honored the price for us! We always have a good experience here. Love the new arrangement of the store as well!

Wonderful experience staff was off the chain! They even tolerated my drunken Kung Fu ways! Well....not when I kicked stuff over, but still. My Christmas shopping is complete and Sony has a few more sales now.

Friendly staff and exceptional service (even beyond GameStop's usual high level of service). Michael greeted me promptly and offered to help me find what I was looking for. One of the games had a "Gold" edition with all DLC for only $1 more. This particular store didn't have it in stock, but he offered to find another nearby store that had it. I will definitely come back to this location to shop for games.

Erica Casey and Kevin were amazing! Literally Christmas angels! They found the product we were looking for even though they were sold out. They had a nearby store hold the product for us. And totally saved Christmas for our 6yr old.

They called me to tell me my preorder was ready, they didn't had a specific controller color and he helped me find it in on a different store. They always greet you very happily. What else can you ask??

The nicest woman ever I think her name is Caitlyn , she has blonde hair she opened the store yesterday. She is the most nicest outgoing woman I ever met .

Staff was friendly and helpful. Called a head to check availability and confirmed I was heading over to pick it up. Employee was jovial and helpful in making the transaction quick and easy. Great experience at this store.

Great people there gamestop they help me for games that I need to play my ps3 and ps4 and my psvita all I need to play my games and trade games for points so all the gamestop people there I thank u all those workers there happy gamestop hope the best for them I love gamestop best games and trade I give them 5 stars best ever store Westheimer.

Went there today by second time to buy Watchdogs for my PS4. I told the girl that I checked online thay they had the game pre-owned and she found it right away. Very friendly staff. Clean and organized store. Definitely recommend it.
