Brilliant skills and compensation. Unfortunately for gabe's tomczak who didnt like how they treated their partner I was there watching it be handled. They gave you two the right information but sadly you didnt like it. Leaving a bad review on the store because you didnt get your way. I've always enjoyed how they treat others and they are completely fair with how they act. You didnt like your partner coming here in 8° weather like that's gamestop's fault lol. You're not going to get any compensation from something they notified you about what happens through the system. Oops it's not THEIR issue you're the one who took his time time to be a sour troute on Google's main page of reviews. The incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff will seek to ensure you enjoy your visit. Pre-orders and game searches are a pleasant experience. I visit regularly on my lunch to see if new merch has arrived and I'm never disappointed.

Came in to browse, when I went in I was nicely greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything or looking for anything. Kelly was very friendly and nice and helpful with my purchase.

The young lady greeted me immediately upon entering the store with alot of enthusiasm and a big smile. She showed me around the store and answered all my questions. Plus she gave suggestions which helped me to make the best choice of items I wanted to buy. She also went to the back because she thought she might have a 2nd model of one of the items I wanted. And she was correct, that's the one I bought. I will make the trip to the Machesney Park store instead of my local Beloit store from now on.

Friendly staff. I like that they talk to my 12 year old son with respect and maturity. They treat him like an important customer instead of brushing him off like most companies do.
