I had been looking for a pair of shoes for the longest time! Melvin was very helpful and showed me different options to see what I liked best!

Awesome store, great prices, friendly pressure free sales assistance. The second I hear let me get your size when I pick up a shoe in other stores makes me walk away immediately. Yoseline was nice, friendly, gave me my space, and in turn I made a purchase and thanked her for her time.

Big thanks to Ashley, the store rep who helped me, for hunting down multiple shoes for me in search of the correct size. Even after four or five tries not having my size she helped me walk out with a purchase I was pretty happy with. The cashier went out of her way to correct an issue I caused after my late inquiry about military discounts. Overall just really cool folks who made a 3 star trip, because so many shoes I liked were not available in my size, a 5 start one.

I visited the store this past Saturday going in to return a pair of shoes but instead left with a new pair, and great customer service. Evelin was the most sweet young lady. She was very knowledgeable about the products she was showing me and listened to what I told her I needed. She was very nice so if you go in there ask for her!

Great service from attentive & supportive staff. I was helped by (Shutera) - I hope I got the name right! She was incredibly helpful & helped me choose the right fitting across all the ones I tried.

Was able to go in and out in a fairly short amount of time. Kayla was very helpful and gave me some great tips of where to go find shoes for my condition. I didn't catch the second girls name but she was at the register and very sweet to my wife, she helped us ship our shoes to Alabama, made checking out much easier than our previous experience at Champs. Hope I did them justice.

My experience with Eric, one of the floor salesman was delightful. He was very knowledgeable regarding sneakers and helped me find the right pair! I highly recommend Eric as a salesman and to ask for him if you are in need of a new pair of shoes.

Tony and Maria were awesome! Sold me 2 pairs of shoes in 5 minutes. They were so helpful and great to work with! I will definitely be back soon to buy some more shoes for my wife and daughter. You guys were awesome.

We came in your store last week, after visiting Footaction where they were rude and didn't have a sense of urgency to help us. When we walked in we were greeted by Coach Mac with a smile even though he was helping someone else he still acknowledge our presence. Once he brought the shoe for his first customer. He came right to us and was very knowledgeable about the running shoes and basketball shoes. He also talked sports with my little brother. He very quick when grabbing the shoes for us. One of the best experiences I had in retail in a long time. We will definitely be back. He also gave us the "best sock deal in the city" as he says. Didn't hurt that he was handsome too lol. Thank you Maria for passing the card along to me , we will definitely be back.

Went into this location with my younger sister and was immediately greeted by the employee, Oswald. He introduced himself and let me know that he was there to help me in whatever I needed. As soon as I found the shoes I wanted, I searched and waited for an employee to help me get the size I needed but nobody came. Oswald noticed and instantly came to the rescue even though he was already helping three other customers at the same time. He was approachable, friendly, honest about the prices and what shoes would be best for me, and to top it off, he noticed my younger sister was starting to get bored while I shopped so he took the time to talk to her and keep her entertained. My sister couldn't stop talking about how cool he was after we left! Definitely will return to this location again because of employees like Oswald.

Justin was great at the Memorial City Finish Line! He really knew his shoes and took his time helping us. We bought a couple of pairs of high-end shoes, spent a bit of money, but felt really good about our purchases. Be sure to ask for Justin. This guy's great.

Every time I go into finish line I always get great service. I went in to buy my husband some new shoes and a young man name Mo helped me out. I couldn't figure out what shoe I wanted and he picked the perfect shoe out for my husband and he loved it!

Amanda was great! Very prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. Didn't have the shoes I wanted in store but got them ordered and shipped directly to my house free of charge! Go Coogs!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Matt in Finish Line. I had drove from the Northside to pick up my shoes. I had my sister on video chat and I was trying to show her both pairs of shoes, while holding my phone as well. Well, Matt see me struggling and walked right up with a smile and asked me if he could hold the shoes for me, so that I could hold my phone correctly. His customer service skills were on point. My company drilled hospitality and having a smile in your voice as well as on your face. My experience at Finish Line was cheerful and pleasant. Way to Go Matt...great asset to the company.....thks

Asia was extremely patient and helpful, we came in at the end of the day Friday at the beginning of tax free weekend and she remained very cheerful and attended to our every need. Will definitely be back soon.

I love this Finish Line location. They carry a lot of good sneaker from brands I like such as Adidas, Jordan, and Nike. Friendly and helpful employees and the store is always clean and organized.

My husband and I will only shop at this location. Everyone is so welcoming and eager to help you find what you’re looking for. Emily is very knowledgeable on what shoes are out and what each pair has to offer and will help you find what you’re looking for.
