Awesome job every time. I drove in from Lake Charles today with my boyfriend for his flute and my sax because this is the only place we trust. Everyone is also very friendly and nice to talk to and just reminds me how the music business is really a people business.

I've gone to Swicegood multiple times for saxophone repairs. Often the guys get things fixed right then as I wait. Lots of neat gifts for musicians in the store, too.

Amazing, fast customer service! I bought my son's trombone there for a great price and have been there several times since to have it cleaned & serviced each summer. Today I came back because my son dropped his slide and dented it. Not only did they notice I was outside before opening time and invite me in, but they fixed it on the spot. I was in and out before they even technically opened! This place always has excellent customer service, but I was really blown away today! Thank you!!!

Awesome place...staff is always super friendly and helpful. My daughter is in band and this is the place that we got her clarinet from. We've had to go back for various things over the years and the experience is the same every time. I've never been anywhere where the staff takes such an interest in making sure to solve the problems of a picky 12yr old girl the way this place does. The best part is that they actually care that these kids need their instruments for school and the service department goes above and beyond to try to always get what you need done while you wait. New store is very nice and has plenty of parking.

Oh my. This location is so much better than the old location 20+ years ago. Being able to find the instruments and books is so much more organized and much more space.

Both of the ladies in the room with the music books are amazing! Both very informative, sweet and helpful. Will definitely be back again soon! (Also the prices are very reasonable!)
