Upgraded store makes it hard to find stuff, but it looks great and employees are so helpful! I'm finding items easier the more I go! Looks amazing

Very Professional, Efficient, Courteous, Timely and Knowledgeable. Not a very long wait time for taking care of my automobile tire needs and I was able to take care of some shopping.

I love the atmosphere and the workers really made me feel welcome and it was very helpful I would recommend this Walmart for anyone take your kids their child friendly they don't mind if they ride bikes throughout the Walmart they let them do it I was like Wow but hey it's Walmart let me get a Miss freshley's Boston cream honey bun

I want to give a special thank you, to Amaya. This employee went above and beyond to help my sons and I. In finding all the materials he needed for an Art class at school. Mind you we came in last minute and the list was very precise. I needed some help, I seen her and flagged her down. I asked her for her assistant, this young lady did just that. At the end, she said,” let me know if you need any further assistance”. A VERY BENEVOLENT WORKER. THANK YOU 🙏🏾

Overall its 5 a guy at self check always helps me with glasses. He thanked me for my service. There's few I see around talking but least someone is there to help me. Thank you

The Walmart Supercenter in Millington,TN has a great environment customer service friendly and clean. The atmosphere is great I will be shopping there again.

It's a standard Walmart, prices are low and
always good stuff in the clearence section of the store.

Shopping experience was pretty good considering all the construction that's going on in all Walmarts. I found that Kimberli (Front End Associate) was professional and particularly friendly upon entry and departure from the store to both me and my son.

The Walmart itself was great! Clean and organized! The associates that I had interaction with get ZERO stars!!! I went here for school supplies for my granddaughter and couldn't find the Kleenex bundles that were on sale. I found an associate by a push cart who was texting on her phone behind a box. I politely asked her were can I find the Kleenex bundles that were on sale. She looked at me and said "At the other end of the store" then went back to texting!!! Soo rude!! I walked away, found the rest of the supplies and went to check out. The cashier was actually on her cell phone talking to some guy the whole time!! She had her cell phone hidden somewhere but it was on speaker and a man was talking to her and she was talking back with him the whole time she was ringing everything up!! I am sure there are a lot of great associates that work there, but unfortunately, the ones we dealt with....rude and HORRIBLE customer service!!

Very helpful in describing what I needed to find and gave good detail as to convince me to buy what I did to make my use of them a lot more convenient. The cashier who checked me out was very informative and helpful.

The Wal-Mart store experience was truly enjoyable and fulfilling experience for myself. From the moment a I entered the store, I was greeted with a wide range of products and services, all designed to meet my needs and desires. The atmosphere was inviting and comfortable, with well-lit and attractive displays that showcase the merchandise.

Newly redesigned a little hard for me to figure out because I'm used to the old one but gorgeous inside easy checkout system and once again had a whole bunch of weird returns and customer service was just amazing this time I got her name stop in and say hello to Tamika

Stopped into this Walmart to buy a TV and I have to say the customer service experience was awesome.

From getting the TV, checking out, the warranty information to advice on how to process the warranty. Just phenomenal, really, really, liked shopping at this Walmart.

People here are mindful and respectful. Both customers and shoppers. Restroom was clean and found most items here. I'm not a local just a traveler that had to make a stop.

The cashiers are nice when you ask for help, and they don't mind helping you when you need help, and not have an attitude for helping you out. Things are organized very well so that products are easy to find. The bathrooms are okay, but could be better.

They're enlarging the store, really set up nicely. Clean. You can find just about anything you're looking for !

Easy to shop everything is accessible and better prices than normal

I just want to say that my experience at this Walmart was awesome and it got even better when my cashier Kayla on register 5 started ringing me up. She was absolutely the sweetest.

It was Great and they had the MicroBand disinfectant spray!! But ya have to get there EARLY. I was there when the doors opened..

Natasha at self checkout was amazing! She saw that I didn't have a tag on the t-shirt that I wanted and showed me how to look it up through the system. She was extremely professional and kind, 10/10 would shop again!
