We lost the keys to our Minivan after we parked at this AutoZone to check in the battery. The manager named Patsy worked with us while we figured out how to deal with the vehicle, and provided excellent customer service in replacing our battery as well. Definitely recommend this location.

The staff have always been friendly and helpful. I'll be honest, I'm not a mechanic - my projects are limited to sparks/wires, headlight replacement, etc. so it may not have everything you need if you're rebuilding a small block (then again, it might) but, it works well for my needs.

I don’t who helped me but I was covered in grease and car grease from working on my car all day and I was driving my car home and my lights burned out so I came in with my light sockets and he put the lights I bought into the light bulb socket so I would have to touch the bulb with my grease hands, I didn’t even have to ask him. That’s customer services!

Came for a new battery. Vladimir was so so helpful and gave me some really good tips to change the battery out simply. Perfect customer service experience.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and honest! Went in today with a weak battery. They tested it for free and said that it was bad. But then also mentioned that my battery was from another auto parts store and probably still under warranty. It was. Got my battery replaced for free from the other store, but was so happy that this AutoZone was honest enough to tell me that. I WILL be back in the future!

Stopped by to check a check engine fault code, and the lady took care of me lickity-split. They also let me leave my vehicle overnight when my alternator and battery died since I couldn't drive it home. Nice folks.

People who care! All the staff was friendly, but huge shoutout to Jaun who made my experience less stressful 2 days in a row. On Friday around 9:30PM I got off work and my car shut off while driving. I was on the side of the road and waited for my sister to come jump the car. I called this location and Jaun picks up the phone asking what I was working on. I told him my situation and that I needed a battery and would be on my way as soon as I got the car jumped. Without hesitation, he took down my make and model and said he'll have the battery ready to purchase at the counter for me and would put it in free, so now I'm feeling a bit less stressed. It's now 9:50 and I'm halfway there, and my car dies again!! I call him back and let him know that I wouldnt make it in time and I would have to come back tomorrow. He remained friendly and calm and told me the store hours and that he would leave the battery with a note so that in the morning we could have a smooth transition with purchasing. As I got another jump, I called back at 9:55PM and asks if it's ok to leave my car in their parking lot since I was down the street, and didnt know if I would be towed. He assured me that my vehicle would be fine and never had an attitude for me calling so many times. I get home at around 11PM and got a good nights rest without worrying about it.

The next day my sister dropped me off, and Jaun already has my battery and tools ready to start his work, but he stops and brings something my attention. He was mindful enough to let me know that the battery I had, was a walmart battery and possibly could have a warranty. So he was like "you might be able to trade it out, just leave your car here and I'll put in the replacement." As a college student on a budget and not much car experience, this let me know that Auto Zone isn't all about taking your money, but they do what they can to save you money instead! My sister takes me to Walmart and I was able to get a new battery! We get back and Jaun takes care of it and also checks my battery and alternator testing(Which are FREE at any autozone). He gives me some more knowledge on the battery and what lights to look out for on my dash. My battery light had been flashing and I though it was the engine problem, but he explained it better to me. Car drove off great and I was able to go about my day! Awesome staff, especially working in the times that we're living in, we need more positive vibes and more customers service like these!

P.S. I triend to give him a tip but he kindly explained tips are not allowed, so give Jaun a raise!
