I just had a wonderful experience at the UPS store returning my Amazon items. Justin is always very helpful, smiling, and professional. All of my returns arrive back to Amazon issue free with the help of Justin and The UPS Store. Thank you, Justin.

Thank you Eve! I won an auction item from Case Antiques in Knoxville and needed my item picked up and shipped. I sent an email with the lot information and request for insurance, and a price quote was returned the next day. Pick up from the auction house was prompt, and the breakable items were carefully packed. Shipping was actually so prompt that the delivery date was a day I wasn't going to be home. I paid $5.99 online to UPS and had the large box rerouted to my neighborhood UPS store for pickup. Eve, and then UPS, kept me updated with emails every step of the way. Thanks!

The UPS store at North Shore town Center has got to be the best couple that runs. It are always friendly and helpful and very efficient. They have helped us out with other matters and we greatly appreciate their services.

Eve took my auction Lot # and helped quote me on insurance and shipping. She picked the item up for me the next day and shipped it very very well. Double boxed, bubble wrapped, and really seemed to care to help. I highly recommend calling and asking for Eve and using this location for any shipping needs.

I was the successful bidder on 3 Cannon County Middle TH Baskets. The special character of these baskets required careful handling in shipping. They were very carefully wrapped and secured in a double heavy duty cardboard shipping container, well-sealed, and labeled as FRAGILE. The baskets arrived on time, and the contents were undisturbed. This level of customer service is something one sees less frequently. I suspect this standard is maintained towards all customers.

I was the winner of an auction held by Case Auction House. The item was a large stoneware crock jug. My main concern was that the jug had hair line cracks in it. I made contact with Eve, who works at the UPS Store located at 2042 Town Center Blvd. Knoxville, Tenn. I explained to Eve my concern. Eve pull up a picture and examined the item. Eve assured me that she has an extensive experience with packaging such items and that she would be able to ship it to me undamaged. I contracted her for the job. Eve picked up the item from the auction house and transported it back to the UPS Store. Eve and her colleagues carefully wrapped the item in bubble wrap and double boxed the jug in very thick boxes. Eve shipped it out and provided me with the tracking number. The service was “Top Notch.” I received the item, which was wrapped extensively, with NO Damage. I will definitely use the UPS Store and Eve again. I suggest that anybody that need shipping services for delicate item should utilize her.

I lived in Knoxville for the past 15 years and I would always take my packages to this UPS Store to be shipped. I then moved out of state and they still continued to help me. I needed documents signed by someone who still lived in Knoxville and I was able to email the documents to the UPS Store, they printed them and the person was able to come in and sign them. The staff then scanned/emailed the documents back to me. I had to do this a couple of different times and both times I was in a time crunch and this UPS Store came through for me. I truly don't know what I would have done without their help.

Over the years I also had passport photos taken there and various items notarized.

I miss Knoxville and I miss their friendly faces when I would come in there to drop off my packages.

Went there to get a passport size photo, Justin was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. When I have mailed packages that went through UPS, I have always had good experiences at this store.

I have lived in 4 states: Pennsylvania, Florida, Michigan and Tennessee. This UPS, by far is the best I have ever experienced. It is family owned and operated and run at a high level of efficiency. The owners & their employees take such pride in their work and always make you feel like you’re at home. I ship from this location frequently and have never ever had a problem with it! I highly recommend this location. It offers wonderful customer service and is very dependable and reliable!

I don't know why anybody's ever had any problems out of this UPS store. I've been in there several times having everything done from packages, ship to emails printed and some things even laminated and never have had a problem. The lady of Asian descent (her name is Eve if you had asked) as someone called her is always very kind to me. The other girls, Melissa and Mariel are very nice young ladies as well. I like the fact that the business has hired some diversity and I believe that brings a higher work ethic. To be honest with you. I'm just very thankful for those that are actually still working and I try to check my attitude at the door and remember that.

We've been using this UPS location for over a year now. TBH, we mostly do our Amazon returns here (at least 4 times a month) and have purchased shipping labels with them only a handful of times. Regardless of what we are needing, every single employee has been extremely helpful and nice. We are very grateful for their service and to have them in our neighborhood!

Eve at the Northshore UPS store was amazing to work with. I live out of state and needed to get a large and fragile package shipped from Knoxville to myself in Utah. I called the Northshore UPS store and talked with Eve, and she said they would be able to take care of that for me. They arranged to pick up my item from a different location in Knoxville, package it up very carefully (like I said, it was very fragile), and ship it to me. It arrived in great condition

Eve and her team were quick, friendly, professional, and responsive during the whole process. They went above and beyond to get my item shipped to me, even though I was remote. I would highly recommend the Northshore store for any shipping needs!

Been using their services for three years now and I cannot recommend them enough. Eve runs a great team who provide spectacular support.

Hidden benefits to the mailbox system, regardless of carrier they retain the package, no junk mail, and sending parcels is almost seemless.

Lived in apartments where packages and mail can just pile up and need to be requested, had other mail box services that just became 99% junk mail and adverts, and more than once the other mail boxes wouldn't retain things from DHL or third party deliveries.

TL/DR Great Service, zero junk, and trustworthy parcel delivery.

Best service and always a pleasure to deal with! I only use this UPS store in my area because they are so kind and always helpful, I appreciate the owner and the team!

Won a painting from auction and they packed it wonderfully. One of the best packing jobs I've ever seen and very easy to remove unlike some other packers. I've purchased hundreds of items at auction and this is one of the best jobs I've seen and fair price too. Thanks!
