AT&T Store

I went Friday evening to change accounts and setting a second line for my business. Arlon helped me and the process was quick and easy. It was refreshing his customer service.

Faith was outstanding. Absolutely one of the best customer service experiences I've had in years. Knowledgeable, courteous, and patient.

Bacchus was excellent with his knowledge, expertise and customer service! He helped me completely switching my new phone out on two separate occasions! I was very happy switching to AT&T. That experience solidified the whole transition.

Phone shopping is very hard and obnoxious. However, the employees that worked here, at least the two that helped my family out were very patient and very kind, they helped us save money and were overall very pleasant to be around. I definitely very thankful to both employees especially Brad, as they made a stressful and long process much better and easier.

This location was very knowledgeable. Brad and Xavier were able to convince me to upgrade to the newest iPhone after coming in to see what the problems were with my older iPhones location services. They explained to me the payment plans and the deal for buy one get one free! Due to them I was able to surprise my girlfriend with an early Christmas present. I would recommend this store to any and everyone, extremely nice people and very knowledgeable.

I had an issue with tech support when trying to switch my phone from another network and stopped in for help resolving things. Desiree took the time to assess what had happened and set me up with Justin from tech support. Together they saw my issue though to a complete resolution. I really appreciate the service I received and will happily return to this location in the future. Thanks again Desiree!

Great service by Nathan. We took advantage of the buy one get one free promotion. Nathan was very helpful and explained everything to us. The only negative we had was the long wait which was not his fault. One of their employees had to go home sick but it seems to me they could use even more help and maybe some chairs for the waiting customers. While we were there several people walked in and then finally left.

Great store under a new management !! Bacchus was the kindest and most patient I had experienced in a long time. He was a true gentlemen and I had told him I would come back. It isn't the store of 1 year ago and I am happy for that!! Great job!

Great customer service, even though I could have fixed my phone at home, Brad took his time and fixed my phone at the store. He took his time and made sure everything works before I left. I really appreciated the personal attention I got. He took care of the other customers the same way, as well.

This store was the best customer service I had in a long time! I originally stopped in to the Wakefield plantation store and the customer service was so poor. There were many people waiting to be helped and they were not even taking names or keeping track of customers. I was not greeted or told how long I would have to wait. So glad I left and came down to this store. Service was fantastic and jasmine was so helpful and quick! She set up my phone for me and answered all my questions. I will always go back to this store in the future
