Grainger Industrial Supply

This review is edited to reflect Grainger Raleigh’s customer service. I had a slightly unsatisfactory experience doing a tax exemption that tied up one of my employees. Unfortunately corporate had given me an unrealistic timeline over the phone to complete this and had over simplified the process. After expressing my disappointment and leaving a less than positive review a representative from the local branch reached out and we were able to break down the miscommunication, finding that it was not the local branches fault. Local branch gets 5 stars for following up, correcting issues, and in general keeping customer satisfaction a priority. The corporate gets 3 for miscommunication, however everyone had a positive demeanor.

Lance Sawyer on the shoe mobile was super helpful, personable, super efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. Picked out my shoe size and that I needed a wide size shoe without me saying a word. Knew exactly the style of shoe that I'd like. Just an all around great guy, sales person, and shoe tech. Kudos to you Lance the world needs more like you.

Today August 29, 2023 we had the grainger shoe truck at our Caterpillar facility. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Lance Sawyer, he was the most courteous person that you would ever want to meet. I am well pleased with my shopping experience. He made it simple, and quick. Hope to have him back again next year!

The shoe truck came to the job. The salesman on the truck was amazing.

I was going crazy trying to find flags for the state of NC and happen to come across Grainger. THANK GOODNESS!!! While they didn't have the inventory in stock, Idris was able to order them for me and get them to me right in time! I am forever grateful and would highly recommend this location. All of their employees are knowledgeable, personable, and provide great customer service.

Submitted an online order, then made the trip to the Grainger store in North Raleigh for the pickup. Very impressed with an organized and clean store and friendly staff. A big shout-out to Ricky for his friendly and efficient service.

Great customer service..
Had a problem with finding the right size due to an issue with my foot. With the help of darnell was able to go on the truck that and find the perfect fit with the help gregg...wonderful. after trying so many boots on..my feet are finally comfortable...thanks guys!!

Just picked up our generator and gas cans for the incoming hurricane. Grainger employees were organized with the huge influx of orders. The lines were long as to be expected and the employees kept awesome attitudes and delivered great customer service. Very easy experience in a hard time in the triangle. Will go there first from now on!

I work with industrial equipment and the work gloves I've been getting at Lowes or Home Depot or Agri Supply are expensive and don't last more than 2 or 3 days at all. I picked up a pair of cut resistant gloves over the weekend and here it is almost 6 days later and they are still in perfect shape. They're also breathable and were less than 1/3 the cost. Graingers Rocks!!

They have many products that would surprise you! I got a 2.5 gallon humidifier and saved 16 dollars picking it up from the Amazon price! Shopping got easier.
