I love shopping at AT&T in Laurel, MS! Patrick is always friendly and kind! Shanda, the manager is always professional and has a smile each time!

Customer service was 1000/10. Got me my own plan with a discount for being a healthcare worker. A brand new phone and watch as well and only had to pay $100 down. Thank you so much to Pat for taking the time to help me! Merry Christmas to me lol.

I spent the afternoon being helped by Shanda yesterday. She was friendly and patient from start to finish. The was the only employee working and at times there were 3-4 customers in the store. She handled it well and was very helpful to each customer that came in!
