Salesperson, Jennifer was very helpful from the time she ordered my iPad for me; , called me upon arrival. Everything was smooth even with me not remembering my password. Jennifer worked to get me set up and I am very appreciative of that.

I am completely satisfied with my service today! I would recommend asking for Aria if you go to the Verizon store in Byram, Ms. She is absolutely amazing!

We arrived at Verizon and there was only one worker at the time and she was extremely sweet. We were only here for a little over an hour and treated us with kindness and respect. Raven was absolutely incredible. We will definitely be long time customers because of employees like her. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Aria is the best, she was sweet & helpful the entire time. Made me feel welcomed from the moment I got there until I left the store!!

Tyesha was the BEST!! She was so helpful to my family and even stayed an hour late!! She was so patient and helped us with a SMILE the ENTIRE time!!! I will ONLY go when Tyesha is there!!!

Deborah sat and listened to me go on and on about random topics as we sat and waited for my phone to transfer over 100,000 text messages 😂 and still managed to do her job and was very professional.
I love her, she's a sweetheart!!!

I walked in right before 15:00 and I stayed for 2 hours trying to do an upgrade....She had already clocked out, but I didn't learn of that, until after everything was complete and I was about to leave. Bless her heart, she lost hourly pay because of me and didn't complain, nor did she show any type of annoyance or disdain for being there longer.

She needs a raise!!!

Deborah was very knowledgeable about my needs. She was very friendly and helpful. She took care of all my needs professionally and courteously all the while being friendly. She took her time to help me and did not rush me out of the store. I would recommend anyone to go to the Verizon store in Byram.

Verizon have been one of the most helpful and willingness Company ,since I have had a cell phone.
They have fixed ,repaired and help me with all my needs dealing with problems with my cell phone. I am very satisfied with the company.

It was excellent due to the circumstances of what's going on in today world. It's good to go somewhere that a person is very patient and understanding to help you with whatever.

The customer service was great! I bought 3 new devices and set up 3 new lines very easily thanks to them!

The pretty girl that works their is AWESOME. I call her anytime about my service and she is always ready to help ...yayyy
