AT&T Store

I went to the AT&T Store this morning to correct a problem and activate an account after trying to get help online. Tiffany helped me about 5 minutes after I entered the store. She was professional, efficient, helpful, and friendly. I appreciate that she took the time to understand my situation, look over my account and advice me. She ended up saving me about $15.00 a month over what I was planning to do. Thank you!

My daughter & I had an amazing experience here with Coby and Darius. Both gentleman were not only professional & knowledgeable, but also extremely personable. I think my daughter put it best - this will be our home AT&T store from now on! Thanks guys!

What an awesome experience on today! Upon entering the store, I was greeted with infectious smiles and warm gestures from Avery and Martrice. Avery assisted me with my phone and account upgrade. I was thoroughly pleased with their customer service. Despite the problems in the world today, it feels good to see that people are continuing to offer free enthusiasm and sincere exchanges. Keep up the good work guys! You are appreciated!

Gem, AW and Kelvin were great to work with. They were knowledgeable of the products they were selling and answered all the questions I had without hesitation. I NEVER submit reviews, but this team and their store was worth the visit and review.

My experience was so great! Avery was very helpful to me. He not only assisted me with my phone, but made me feel comfortable for the short time I was. Very impressed with such great customer service! I will definitely be back.

It was a great experience I had. Cortavious was very patient, very focused on me and setting us up with new phones. He was very informed of all plans and the best way to get our money worth. Had to go back next day because of a glitch in phone and he is very intelligent on the workings of the iPhone. Solved my problem.
The rest of the staff were polite and friendly. Never experienced that in a phone store.

This store is the best hands down. Great Customer Service each and EVERYTIME I visit. Avery is a great rep. He’s the best @installing screen protectors too😊. The service here is better than the official AT&T stores. Thanks for being so kind and patient with your customers!

Avery was very efficient. He was attentive, multi tasked, and provided great service to us as well as other customers that came in behind us while we waited for our data to transfer. He even upsold me on my phone as well as accessories.

We had an amazing experience recently with this AT&T store all because of Alexis. She was patient with the many questions we had and thoroughly answered them with kindness. Ms. Alexis is a strong, genuine example of someone with true customer service character in which AT&T should be proud to have her on their team.

Justin and Bre did an amazing job !! I needed to get my new phone since I ordered online and it was on back order I came in to get the IPhone 11 Pro Max and I left with the IPhone 12 Pro max. Justin went above and beyond to help me get my phone .He was efficient and was multitasking and he worked flawlessly. And that’s how a Manager is suppose to handle it . 👌🏽👌🏽 Bre was friendly and helpful . It’s hard to get good customer service any more . I’m glad I came to the Byram location. Thanks guys !

I went to the store to pay my bill. I was immediately helped and then I left. It was right before close and it was obvious the team was tired but they were still awesome. Only thing I'd suggest is that there should be music playing in the store.

The manager was very knowledgeable and helpful. She made my visit extremely satisfying by identifying my needs and then taking care of them all in a timely and safe manner!

I just want to say how great the team is at the AT&T Store is in Bryam, MS. They are the most friendless and helpful individual that I have every meet. I was having a situation where I could not get my SIM Card to be accepted on my new phone and the employee(S) there worked diligently to get my SIM Card and phone working . Truly there were a blessing to me on this day and I cannot thank them enough for all their assistance they provide on this day . Thanks again employee(s) of Byram for everything you did for me on that day .

My overall experience at AT&T was great. Alexis Land, Martrice Kent, Alfred Gistorb III, and Avery Ford provided great customer service and I highly recommend this location.

The worker that helped me was Avery. He was very helpful and kind and made us feel comfortable while waiting on our phone to get fixed.
